I’ll tell ya. Since I already have enough guns of everything I could reasonably want, plus all the ammo I could shoot for the rest of my lifetime, I don’t really give a rats ass. I’d say they can have my answer when they try to come and take them.
btt
Squishes at USA Today are NOT going to like that.
FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)
Waddeya mean “allowed?” No one has the power to allow or disallow this.
I had a similar thought...
Allowed?!! It’s my right - see the second amendment!
What would you do if 0bama nationalized the ammunition manufacturers?
What kind of moron follows the link to the poll question, and then chooses “don’t know”?
should liberal morons that write (loosely translated) for liberal papers be allowed to pose stupid azz questions under the guise of free speech?
That was my only complaint. “Allowed to keep them?” Molon labe.
I am so confused...
“F*** Off” is not on the list...
No good choice on poll.
Should newspapers be allowed to continue to print what they want?
I wouldn’t like that, but it wouldn’t personally affect me. I believe I already have what I’ll need.
That’s a really dumb question.
Should stupid polsters be beaten about the head and neck?
Only if they’re in dire financial straits ... which hardly seems likely ....
The same kind of moron that votes “Present” all the time.
Gaffer said he has a life time amount of ammo!
USA Ptooey speaks.
How tough is it to copy and paste a URL? Do you need help on how to do this?
Really?
What if someone steals everything you have?

Well, I’m curious. Not only about your decision but that of everyone who owns firearms. If the govt nationalized the ammo, would you:
1 Buy more in preparation for never again having any after nationalization becomes law?
2 Not buy more because you think you have enough?
3 Not buy more and not use any for any purpose except self-defense?
4 Sell some of your largesse on the black market?
5 Hide it, figuring that the govt that would nationalize the ammo is not going to stop with nationalizing ammo?
6 Just go on as usual as if nationalization means nothing UNusual?
Just stuff I often think about :)
9% say no guns. I say, fly ‘em all to Oakland, CA and dump them off downtown at midnight. Poll the survivors in the morning.
You cannot post USA Today URL’s due to copyright.
If you know a way around this smartass, I would love to know.

Don’t you think it might be easier, neater, for the govt to take over the ammo mfrs? Save them all that trouble of going around collecting guns. Eventually they’d all be...batons.
Seems you managed to do it in post #2
Do you complain for the sake of complaining????
This is the way far left Gannett who owns USA Today sees The Constitution.
Par for the course for their way of wording everything they write.
Local Gannett rag has had 3 different layoffs in the past 12 months and more to come. I am not deeply saddened.
Freep’d. At 1746ET, still running 75% “home, car, and on person”; 14% “home and car”
Numbers could be higher...but, I’ll take ‘em.
My poll question: “Should publishers with limited understanding of the Constitution be allowed to continue to own printing presses?”
A. No. Not unless granted a license by a master communicator.*
B. Yes, but only after a background check has determined that none of the reporters have ever committed a crime punishable as a felony, or more than 1 year in jail, or have a drinking problem or history of mental illness.
C. No. Printing presses are dangerous. Only the government needs them. Everyone else must turn them in, under penalty of law. “Printing hobbiests” can use small low volume presses at their printing club, as long as they don’t take printed material off the premises.
*Currenly only Rush Limbaugh has accredited in this role.
No, it is just annoying to click on something that says USA Today and be linked to Freerepublic. Why have a useless active link?
'Should people who have guns for protection'
Is there any other reason to have a gun?
Buy now and it won't be such an issue.
FR will not allow me to put the poll in there.
How hard is CTRL C/CTRL V really?????
Reload until my brass is unsuitable or I run out of primers/powder/bullets. The latter might be resolved by molding my own. Home grown powder is more difficult. Home grown primers? Not likely.
Unless they ban imported ammo, there is lots to be had . If so, there is always the “black’ market ! See the “art of the cache “ from a few years back .
:-) I think you’re on to something! :-)
Allow? Who has the Constitutional authority to say otherwise?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ephedrine#USA
Over here there’s a bullet list, no pun intended, regarding the sale of ephedrine.
I have the misfortune to discuss guns regularly with liberals (due largely to living near a university). It’s been suggested that gun confiscation is risky and unnecessary and that the sale of ammo should be restricted, similar to prescription medications.
It’s all too easy to imagine 0bama saying that he’s “not taking away anybody’s guns.” And “you’ll be able to get all the ammunition you want for recreational purposes.” And “you can keep the firearms and ammunition you have, you can even continue to buy more from your favorite retailer...”
Eventually, you have a limited amount of both, that you can’t even bequeath when you die in the 0bama hospice. Although they might let your children inherit useless batons.
Freeped!
Wouldn’t really have to take them over ... just tax it out of existence ....
Should dumbasses be allowed to publish newspapers?
