Richmond, California, is a town with a lot of questions and no immediate answers following the brutal gang rape and beating of a 15-year-old girl at her homecoming dance — an attack watched by at least ten other people.
Richmond — located in the East Bay area of California, about 15 miles north of San Francisco — is a poverty-stricken industrial town that few outside of Northern California heard of until this week. It has been shoved into the spotlight, and the residents are angry over the public discussion of the incident.
But somebody has to be at fault, starting with the young men who perpetrated the crime. The list of causes mentioned in the media coverage includes the school security staff, the school administration, the district, the local police, and the parents of the rapists and those who watched the attack.
Who can we not blame?...

When the people in an area, turn their city into a ghetto what can they expect? The local government has to do a clean sweep in the city and give it back to the people of the city......not the gangs. It’s been done in this country before and it worked. Remember the Purple Gang of Chicago? The White Fence in Los Angeles? The Bull Dogs in Fresno? These organizations have to go and the police are the only ones that can handle it effectively. The politicians and do gooders need to stand back and keep their mouth shut or we are going to loose the whole dam thing. It is being done in smaller town and cities and it’s working. Now do it on a larger scale.

The boys, ages 15, 16 and 17, were among five suspects that had been arrested in connection with the crime as of Wednesday.

Police say the assailants, ranging in age from 15 to their early 20s, committed a “slew of crimes” against the girl, including raping her, beating her and stealing her jewelry.
The young men laughed and shot photos as they took turns assaulting the girl, police said.

The perps are perverts and should be executed. I have heard of Richmond, CA before. I have noticed schools that do well have a lot of parental involvements, in which the parents volunteer a lot. I know this from my own experience.

Liberals always try to blur the line between right and wrong, good and evil, anywhere they find a line. They HATE hard and fast rules of any kind.
However there are TWO levels here in this particular case: The actual perps and those who watched and did nothing. That no one of the people present had the outrage or courage or basic decency to stop the evil whan they saw it is one of the major triumphs of the Left over the past 50 years.

It doesn’t matter where the rape occurred, or what the race or economics of the rapists might be, or why others cheered them on. It’s the type of ugliness that civilized society should destroy publicly. Nothing short of a public hanging at a public square would provide adequate justice, for the girl, her family and civilized people the world over. There is a war on between civilization and sub-human animals who would destroy everything good that mankind has achieved. Lines should be drawn, and excuses should be put away. We should wash our hands of these wannabe animals, and pass them onto God for further judgement.

This disgusts me! I am very familiar with the area. The land is very, very valuable and there are more than several high-end residential areas.
It was a long-time black community that was/is down at the heels only because they don’t take care of it; same story as in most such communities.
