The NEA’s prime job is supplying children to the ACORN and DNC brothels.

It has always been for the children.

Next week my students will be studying the various forms of government.

I am making sure that as part of the curriculum we will be reading A Children's Story by James Clavell. The 1970 video that features Clavell's daughter as the teacher is also available on youtube.

We should all be reading the books that our enemies recommend.

I will never forget when I read The Communist Manifesto. Anyone else who has read this book will know that even Marx and Engels say near the end that Communism would never work because of peoples' desires to advance their own self interests.

And to be fair to Alinksy, his tactics clearly do work.

My gosh...

My students next week will be learning about the importance of Veteran's Day.

We implemented a Memorial Day program in our district because nothing was ever done before to commemorate Memorial Day.

We'll make sure these kids love the accomplishments of this great country.

As a professor who teaches U. S. History and Government in the university setting, there is not any doubt that our adolescents do not have a clue about our history or our government.

The left has truly used the State Run Schools to dumb down future generations.

To be fair to the Hillside Strangler his tactics worked.
I don’t think evil needs to be accorded any level of fairness.

Yes, his tactics do work. I would suggest we all read his book, Rules for Radicals. Use his tactics on the left. See how they like it.

Parents who have children in public schools need to be VERY involved in what takes place in those schools. They need to examine textbooks....particularly for U.S. History and Civics (if Civics is still even taught; in some schools it is known as U.S. Government). Health textbooks should also be looked at.

I am reading Rules for Radicals right now, and it is illuminating, and not just for the “rules”. Alinsky had some good ideas, but in many ways his ideas are flawed or flat out wrong. The biggest irony of Alinsky is that as his fellow travelers have taken power, they have become what they were organizing against during the ‘60’s. Conservatives are the new radicals who will use Alinsky’s tactics against the ones in power because we have a better understanding of the rules and the world in general. In other words, we will use the best of Alinsky while having the common sense to know where he is just spewing left wing marxist crap.

I don’t think evil needs to be accorded any level of fairness.

Then we should be content to be out of power.

We're not playing some kind of game where there are defined rules and penalties for breaking said rules. As far as I am concerned, fighting dirty to win in politics should not only be accepted as perfectly fair, but also be done as a sanctioned strategy. After all, our enemies foreign and domestic don't play by any set of "fair" rules either.

I understand....but if more parents would band together and get involved, things could change for the better. School administrations are usually very amenable to what parents have to say. Such a group should help support good activities and help to eliminate those that are not. It all has to do with how THEIR children are being educated after all.

I know that time (usually both parents work) has been a factor....but we can no longer let time stop such involvement. If we do....we lose.

A Pittance of Time. A very good video illustrating the sacrifice of our military.

The Canadian military has indeed, in consideration of their relatively small numbers, made huge contributions over the years. They have been especially stalwart allies, and fierce fighters, in Afghanistan.
