ACORN Aims to Tip New Jersey Election in Corzine's Favor

Fearing a potentially devastating Democratic loss, the highly controversial Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) group and its affiliated organizations are gearing up to tip the scales and re-elect embattled incumbent in the hard-fought New Jersey gubernatorial race, sources tell Newsmax.

"Acorn is heavily involved in Gov. Jon Corzine's get-out-the-vote operation, but is maintaining a low profile at the insistence of the Corzine campaign," Matthew Vadum, senior editor of the conservative Capitol Research Center think tank, tells Newsmax. "If Corzine manages to win reelection, he doesn't want the victory tainted by his close association with Acorn."

Wall Street Journal columnist and author John Fund wrote Tuesday that "Plenty of reasons exist for suspecting absentee fraud may play a significant role in tomorrow's Garden State contests."

According to Fund, Acorn-linked groups from neighboring Pennsylvania and New York "appear to have moved into the state."

Fund also reports that the state's Democratic Party is pressuring county clerks around the Garden State to downplay signature checks on absentee ballots. Without such checking, it is very difficult to detect absentee vote fraud.

Left bruised and battered by the recent undercover videos depicting workers at various Acorn offices giving advice on tax evasion to a reputed child-prostitution ring, Acorn remains a potent political force in many regions. It has been the focus of vote-registration fraud investigations in more than a dozen states.

A search of the Acorn.org Web site shows that the organization has a heavy presence in New Jersey. It maintains offices in Jersey City, Trenton, Paterson, and Newark.

I think that Tea Party members should be out monitoring the polls for anything suspicious.

ACORN is just begging for it.

They will rue the day.

You just gotta laugh. Corzine is afraid ACORN will “taint” his victory. The absolute balls of these criminals. Corzine is as toxic as a cesspool himself with regards to all sorts of public, political and private corruption, and he is worried about ACORN’s newly won bad rep as vote fraudsters. Unbelievable! They all deserve to wallow in the degradation and flith they have created for themselves, and then be swept out to sea in a tide of Christie’s bathwater. Pardon my vitriol... hehhehee.

This seems to be the only close race tomorrow in which voter fraud could have an impact.

This is the sort of activity we need to start organizing for the 2010 elections.

What a travesty that we have to worry about voter fraud.

I think that it may be the absentee ballots we will have to worry about.

BINGO! Should they see anything suspicious or inappropriate, they should make so much noise they can be heard LOUD AND CLEAR on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC!

If ACORN and its Fraudulent Kenyan Marxist Puppeteer attempt to steal the NJ Election, the National and Jersey GOP had damned well better locate their long-lost testicles, backbone and guts and fight them tooth and nail to the bitter end and their defeat at the polls.

If NOT, they may very well be witnessing a Third Party run for President in 2012.

I would imagine that the amount of meaningful help ACORN can supply is half or less of what it would have been a year ago. It may prove to be the case that a couple of 20-something investigative reporters elected the next Virginia Governor.

What a travesty that we have to worry about voter fraud.

Supported by taxpayer money, accepting tax-deductible donations, this partisan, corrupt communist cabal should be gathered up and re-educated.

ACORN owns the ballot box in all the blue city states. Don't be surprised at the outcome.

Impeach the democrat secretaries of state, make picture voter ID mandatory or say bye bye to the republic.

Due to a lawsuit against the state of Missouri by ACORN and won by ACORN and paid for by Missouri, all 'social service' (read unemployment and more) offices have to provide voter registration to anyone and everyone applying for aid. This includes previously registered voters, undocumented tourists and more. The dead aren't purged from voter lists either.

The lists are kept by the democrat secretary of state, Robin Carnahan, daughter of a dead elected senator Mel Carnahan - he died in a plane crash several weeks before the election but was still on the ballot on election day. She passes the lists onto ACORN affiliate organizations.

At election time the lists are used to get 'voters' to the polls.

Voter ID would stop the live triple voters (who vote from poll to poll without consequence) and the double down dead voters.

In Chicago the dead vote twice..in St. Louis they get elected.

we should start tomorrow with a nation wide effort to monitor every polling place in the country ....and to get people on the inside to stop this thievery that is done with absentee ballots .......I fear it’s a near impossible task
