Of course the Chinese can do such and get away with it, but let the US do such and the world goes apesh**.
They may as well get on with it whilst we have dim-bulb-crats in power - willing to sell them anything.

I’ve got approx 30 years more on this planet....news like this (and most of the news since November of ‘08.)makes me wonder if that’s too long ?

They are going to bankrupt this country much the way we did the Soviet Union by making the Soviets support weapons they coudn’t afford trying to keep up with us.
