I know it's weird..... but to the current crop of Obama-supporting kids, Michael was probably more important to them than WWII

There are hundreds of these videos with Hitler losing it over a baseball game, Sarah Palin’s resignation, etc., etc. There must be software online that allows you to overdub a movie.

Yes, there are many of them. Each of the ones I have seen, though, was pretty funny - including this one. Offensive, but funny.

I meant that in all sarcasm by the way as the Obama one is dreadful beyond words. Some of these have been well done over the years.

What movie is that from, and what was that scene actually supposed to be about?

I saw Downfall again last night. I honestly think Bruno Ganz should have won an Oscar for the most realistic portrayal of AH I have ever seen. That scene with AH and his generals in the maproom of the Fuehrerbunker was classic. Screaming at his generals, Hitler declared he should of done what Stalin did and have all of his generals shot.

Hitler in the bunker as the Nazi war effort crumbles.

Hi Borges...I have a Hollywood trivia question for you.

Remember that movie “Behind Enemy Lines”? With Gene Hackman.

I think it was filmed in Bosnia?, and there was a big white statue in the snow in a few scenes...do you remember what it was and if it was real to the landscape?

Thanks!

I haven't seen the film but Wiki has something that may be related:

"It was filmed in Slovakia, not Bosnia. During the shooting of the lakeside scene near the end, the countryside was unexpectedly devoid of snow. To recreate a snowy lake, the film's crew cleared part of a mountain of trees, used molten wax to create the appearance of a lake, and used paper snow to imitate real snow"

OK, thanks, I knew and forgot it was Slovakia....I just cked and it was an angel statue, and there are blog discussions on if it was/is natural to the landscape or was put there by the film. No answer, so far.

A silly timewaster for sure! (but I thought it was beautiful, and wondered the history of the statue)

I'll keep cking.
