A Williamson County judge last week warned Franklin detectives that the next time they pull a suspect out of bed, put him in a patrol car and keep him at the police station for several hours, they "should get an arrest warrant."

Synopsis:
Bucket fired a shotgun in the direction of Foe after Bucket found out the stereo Foe sold him belonged to his (Bucket’s) own sister.
Bucket said he was only trying to scare Foe. When police rousted Bucket, they found marijuana in some pants in the room.
Bucket is charged with charged with aggravated assault and possession of marijuana.
