WASHINGTON -- President Obama will lift a 1987 ban on foreigners with AIDS entering the country.
"We talk about reducing the stigma of this disease, yet we've treated a visitor living with it as a threat," Obama said Friday.
Obama said an order lifting the restriction will be issued Monday and take effect after 60 days.

Let’s let all diseases in so under the new Obama health-care plan they’re taken care of. I mean I personally don’t think we were going into debt in a sufficient time frame. I heard a report on this on the BBC. That is exactly what they said - HIV/AIDS patients can now come over here and get the proper care, possibly not found in their home countries. Why don’t people understand the United States is out of money?
