NRCC Pulling Out of NY-23?

Im hearing that the NRCC is pulling out of NY-23. Its coming from a credible source familiar with the operation inside of the beltway Committee.
That being said I just reached out to Matthew Burns, Spokesman for the Scozzafava campaign, who denied this claim. He said it was False. Protecting the candidate or categorically true well let this flesh itself out in the public.
Ill also avoid giving you the analysis of what this could mean for now. Look for links in the comments.
UPDATE: Im on the ground and I have personal confirmation from an additional, credible source that the NRCC is indeed pulling back its operation here in New Yorks 23rd Congressional district special election.

The NRCC is still running attack ads against the ‘Rat candidate, but otherwise has stopped assisting the Scozzafava campaign. It can only mean one thing.

Watch her throw her support to the Democrats in the name of "He can't win."
Our goal is to see that Hoffman out-polls Scarface plus Owens COMBINED.

It pisses me off to no end, that they’re taking money that WE donated and running vicious attack ads against the only conservative in the race. That’s absolutely pathetic.

That was your mistake. I have not given the RNC, RNCC or the SRCC any money since the presidential election. And I only gave nominal amounts then.
All of my donations go directly to the campaigns of conservative candidates. The Club for Growth helps me identify the right candidates who have a good chance to win.

It will take a while to rebuild trust but maybe the NRCC is finally starting to get it.
Last year they threw my conservative congressman overboard and left him to lose to a marxist by 2%. My former congressman is running again and the NRCC named him to the “Young guns program” on tuesday.

Call them and ask for your donations back. Tell them they misrepresented themselves - and where is their truth in advertising.
However, I believe I read somewhere they did withdraw their support and pulled their ads. If I can find that thread, I’ll post it.

Yes the recent ads by the NRCC have been attacking Owens and not mentioning Scozzafava.
Hopefully they are beginning to see the light.

Hopefully they are beginning to see the light
They see the light only to save their own skin. It's not like they 'didn't know'. They did and were manipulative and deceitful. When the people spoke so loudly, they were forced to change to save themselves. It's not a 'true conversion', IMO. They should have been the first to the party, not the last. Instead they were attending a 'faux party' and were waiting/hoping we would show up.

Re Ali A Akbar, I get the same when I click the author’s website and articles. He’s either a fraud or today was the first time these sites got any traffic and that knocked them out.
Googling Ali A Akbar I see he has a Twitter account http://twitter.com/AliAkbar and a few other entries he seems to have originated. Don’t worry, I’m sure he’ll check in at Free Republic and tell us all about himself.

They should focus on helping Keith Hammer in California right now.

I agree and we must watch them like a hawk. But I think they begin to sense that they do not dictate the agenda. There is a vast number of citizens that are mad as hell and are going to take this country back from the socialists.
Nobody better stand in the way. We need to prepare for 2010. This was a skirmish in the upcoming battle for the country.
No more RINOs.
Go Doug, Go Sarah.

“The next step should be to ask Scozzafava to pull out of the race and throw her support to Hoffman.”
She’ll pull out of the race and back the left. It’s the only way she can see it, as she leans heavily to the left. She could never bring herself to back a conservative.

It is just as foolish to deny global warming as it was equally foolish to claim “nuclear power is safe”.
What really needs to be said is global warming has occurred hundreds of times before man had invented fire on demand. So
why is man responsible for it this time?
Nuclear energy is not safe, just SAFER than other forms.
When put that way, you don’t leave yourself exposed to being called a liar.

Global warming, the planet has been in a cooling cycle for the last 10 years. And of course there is global warming and cooling it’s been that way for eons.
The point is we are not in control of it and have no effect on it.
