(CNSNews.com) - Legendary record producer Quincy Jones told CNSNews.com in an interview that Michael Jackson is not gone and their souls were connected together through their work and friendship.
At the Ludacris Foundation gala over the weekend, CNSNews.com asked Jones, What do you think about the situation with Michael Jackson? I know its been a while since the whole original incident. What do you think about the handling of his estate? Is there something that you think should be done?
I dont want to talk about it. Im not an expert on that side, Jones told CNSNews.com.
Our souls were connected together, we did such great work in the 80s, you know, a lot, said Jones. We just have to grab the positive and highlight that, and overlook all the other stuff, the circuses and all the other things that happened.
I cant believe it because I was his age when I produced Thriller and all those things We are the World, said Jones. Its a baby of mine, my baby brother, and I cant believe hes gone, but hes not hes not gone.
According to its Web site, The Ludacris Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that inspires youth through education and memorable experiences to live their dreams by uplifting families, communities and fostering economic development.
Quincy Jones has won 27 of the 79 Grammy Awards he was nominated for throughout his career, including a Grammy Legend Award in 1991. He has worked with musicians Michael Jackson, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder, among others. He is perhaps most famous for producing Michael Jacksons Thriller album, the second best-selling album of all time.
He’s probably pining for the fjords.
The Ludacris foundation????????
Could be some truth to it ...
Interesting that the media, who we all hold in the lowest regard, had nothing but contempt for him, while those who really knew Michael Jackson held him in the highest regard.
Thanks to the naysayers, but I’ll go with those who really knew him.
He was a great little guy.
