Can anyone fine the text of the Internal Revenue Tax
Code of 1986 subsection c(1) of section 9511?

This palouse bill seems to have all its fees as described as the “Fair Share” fee tied to this section of the IRS code.

Here is a section of the palouse nightmare:
It keeps referingto this “under section 9511 (c) (1) of the IRS code. These “fees” will be paid by you (for a personal policy) or your employer.

“‘‘SEC. 4375. HEALTH INSURANCE.
4 ‘‘(a) IMPOSITION OF FEE.—There is hereby imposed
5 on each specified health insurance policy for each policy
6 year a fee equal to the fair share per capita amount deter
7 mined under section 9511(c)(1) multiplied by the average
8 number of lives covered under the policy.
9 ‘‘(b) LIABILITY FOR FEE.—The fee imposed by sub10
section (a) shall be paid by the issuer of the policy.”
