Climate Change Debate Heats Up in Senate (Video)

During the past month, I’ve published four posts about the Kerry-Boxer climate change bill and the detrimental impact it will have on the country if passed. Today, I offer two videos from the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee hearings on the Kerry-Boxer climate change bill. If you’re like me, they will make you wonder how people like EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson, Energy Secretary Steven Chu and others in the Obama Administration sleep at night.

The first video, from hearings Tuesday, features Sen. George Voinovich (R-Ohio) asking Jackson whether her agency has completed a full economic analysis of the bill being considered. Of course, she says it has not. As a result, despite the fact that the measure will impact the country until the year 2050.

The second video features Senator Voinovich explaining the pitfalls of the legislation and then getting involved in a heated debate with Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.), EPWC chairman.

Unless you’re in favor of killing American jobs, increasing energy costs and undermines energy security, you should oppose the Kerry-Boxer bill by sharing this post with everyone you know and encouraging them to CONTACT THEIR ELECTED OFFICIALS in Washington, D.C., and demand they oppose this dangerous and costly legislation. Threaten with “pink slips” and ensure they get the message.

we should demand two things, first proof man made climate change exists, second what this bill will do to reduce the so-called cause.

Why pay more taxes so we can be further hoaxed.

I’d love to see some Senator with guts stand up and challenge one of “his esteemed colleagues” with

“why don’t you admit it - this has nothing to do with ‘climate change’ and everything to do with controlling people’s energy usage”

It's time to drop the radical cap and tax plan permanently. Global warming theory is a complete hoax pushed by supporters of global income redistribution and world government. The IPCC's climate forecasting model is riddled with errors.

I’m afraid that’s true. All the stuff that Boxer, Kerry, Waxman, and Markey don’t know about climate science fills countless volumes on Dr. Lindzen’s bookshelves, and yet those four stooges want to crush our economy because of a complete hoax.
