High crimes and misdemeanors these are not. Not to most legislators, at least, and they’re the ones who decide.
(And they could use some impeachments themselves.)

Whtehouse It has ignored multiple FOIA requests

Is this legal, have any laws be broken?

No response on black panther case
No response white house logs
Honduras state department opinion sealed
Fired Gerald Walpin, the inspector general, no response
Punish the Humana insurance company for communicating with customers.
Told Arizona sheriff couldn't tell the press about his roundup of illegal immigrants.

If the abuse of power is not challenged legally, it will empower him and enable more of the same

Uh Oh we have the making of a dictator here, 3+ more years to stifle dissent? Is the press going to do its job, or are they going to be out of a job soon?

"The President himself is no more than a representative of public opinion at the time of his election; and as public opinion is subject to great and frequent fluctuations, he must accommodate his policy to them; or the people will speedily give him a successor; or either House of Congress will effectually control his power. . . ." - John Quincy Adams

Guess the challenge now is to change those "House(s)" of Congress.
