This is interesting. It would be interesting to know the reason for the difference in terminology: is it just a random designation, or does “accepted” mean one thing, and “filed” another? Usually bureaucracies are precise in their language for a reason.

Here's a guess: “Accepted” means that the COLB conforms to the usual procedures; that is, an attending physician fills out the COLB and submits it.

“Filed” means that a document of some sort was submitted, but it doesn't conform to the usual procedure.

A call placed with the Oahu public records office could clear this up. However, the caller would need to make sure that they make no reference to Obama. Otherwise, there's a good chance no one will speak to them.

I think this has been pointed out before, but it does seem significant.

The State of Hawaii has been up to its neck for many years in fake COLBs and certifications of American birth. Most of it was Asians who came to Hawaii and wanted to be considered citizens, and it appears to have been a way for the Democrats there to build a reliable base of voters and also to suck on the Federal teat for welfare money. Much like the Hispanics in California, who have always been welcomed by the Democrat politicians there for similar reasons.

So, nobody working for the Hawaiian gov wants to be caught out swearing to a lie. So they have ways of hemming and hawing, just in case they get caught. This sounds like an instance of such habitual cheating—as do the incrementally changing statements issuing from the Hawaiian authorities about Obama.

If his COLB proves a fake, and if the Hawaiian gov is implicated, it could possibly open up a very big can of worms for them.

Could it be "Filed" pertains to The Certificate of Hawaiian Birth program. For births prior to 1972, a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth was the result of the uncorroborated testimony of one witness and was not generated by a hospital. How about this experiment: Could you request a birth certificate from Hawaii and tell us what it looks like,or you could post a copy of the short or long form birth certificate that Hawaii sends you?

Before I can get too excited about this, I would need to know the dates the 3 CoLBs were obtained. If the two with "Accepted" were both produced before BHO's then we still don't know if the difference in terminology is just a change made sometime after the first two were produced, and BHO's was produced.

OTOH, is one was produced before and one after BHO's, then we have a case. (Or if we can find another produced before at least one of those other two, which says "filed" )

There are many points we could question: I saw it suggested that his original BC was changed when he was adopted. This seems a very reasonable suggestion, but no one has looked into it.

THe Online thingy says that he was born in Honolulu - what does his sister’s say? What do others say? Would it say this if he were adopted and all the doc then redone, and then what would happen if his status changed back after one or two of the two divorces???

Much more investigation needs to be done, many more questions need to be asked......
