PALM BAY, Fla. -- An illegal immigrant in Palm Bay faces multiple counts of sexual battery after officers say he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl. David Sanchez, 28, investigators say, used a family friendship to rape the child.
Sanchez is an illegal immigrant from El Salvador who has already been deported once for doing the same thing to another child in Alabama. Investigators say he returned to the U.S. in mid-2008 where he began having an unlawful sexual relationship with a then, 12-year-old child.
On Sunday detectives arrested Sanchez after the girl’s father found him having sex with his daughter in her bedroom.
“Prior to entering the home, the suspect removed the hurricane shutters from the girl’s bedroom window and she let him in through the back door,” said Detective Greg Guillette. “When dad was at the bedroom door, the suspect jumped out the window and fled.”
After the confrontation the girl told her father she’d been having a sexual relationship with Sanchez since the middle of last year when she had just turned 12 years old.
“This child was taken advantage of in the worst possible way,” Guillette said. “She was coaxed into thinking it was okay and the suspect continued to sexually abuse her until he was finally caught.”
Sanchez faces 15 counts of first-degree sexual battery on a child. He is being held in the Brevard County Detention Center without bond.
Deport him again ... really hard this time... that should teach him.

They will get him on the rape charges, and he will get 10 extra years for returning after an earlier deportation. Qe se pudre.
Life imprisonment for whoever deported him instead of jailing him.

Illegals infest Palm Bay. Last year they tried to pass some law to make it tougher for illegals in Palm Bay and the Puerto Rican Legal Defense Fund bussed in protesters and managed to scare off the commissioners from passing the ordinance.
Guess you can blame part of this sexual assault on this 12yo child on the Puerto Rican Legal Defense Fund.
Deport him to China. Better yet, North Korea.

My second thought is that a truly civilized society would not let this happen. The people who inhabited this land 1000 years ago had no prisons. I will bet they also had no repeat offenders.
If we deport him again, he'll only return. Jail him and we have to feed him for life.
So we show some compassion, a little mercy, and only deport him halfway to El Salvador...that'd be somewhere in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico.
