He was just waiting for his chance to say "FUBO"!!! And a big FU to those that froze him out in 2006.

Somewhere a Senate RINO’s heart is gushing with joy. “Will I get to be number 60?” he/she asks, “Oh, please let it be me!”

Interesting news. The CT senators have long been in the pockets of the insurance industry. I wonder what kind of role they are playing here.

I got the same response from his DC office, so I called the CT office and they seemed VERY pleased to have the call, FWIW.

Very good news - if a former dem-turned-indy holds the line, makes it more likely the RINOs will do the same.

While I do appreciate this move by him, he’s still the guy who could run with Al Gore and participate in the after election fiasco, saying some very poor things during that period.

Joe does do the right thing from time to time, but he’s still all to often a Sore Loserman at heart.

Thanks for doing the right thing now Joe, even if I do wonder why you are doing this.

LOL, if he does that, his goose is cooked.

If he knows what’s good for him, he’ll kiss the posterior of as many independents as he can.

Too funny! I wonder what our Pres and VP are thinking now. They tried to court him back to the fold, but it hasn’t happened. Joe #1 couldn’t walk, Joe the Plumber made them look elitist, and now Joe the Independent may make them look foolish.

I also think that Joe came out early, to make it easier for Landrieu, Lincoln, and Nelson to vote against Harry.

By my math, the most Harry had was 59, including Sheets: 58 Dems and 1 Socialist.

There's no way a Pubbie's going to vote for it, including Snowe or Collins.

Recall my posts last year when I defined the Triumverate. The Triumvers are Joe Liberman, John McCain and Lindsey Grahm.

These three will lead the Senate to produce a health care bill that will pass. They can not actually enter the battle until there is a defeated Marxist plan.

Once it is lost, they will rush forward with a plan and a group of moderates that will prevail.

This is not to be considered an endorsement or favorable attitude. It is my vision of reality and the future. They will lead on all remaining major legislation.

I agree. Liberman gives the moderates and the Mainers someone to hide behind. BO is in big trouble now. And if this holds through the elections next week, and if the elections go as they look like they will, BO is in even bigger trouble.

Victories by McConnell, Christie, and Hoffman would send a welcome message to the Washington Establishment.

I think someone had it right: the insurance industry is big in Connecticut. Nevertheless, he is on the right side of this argument.

I wish the pharmaceutical companies would WAKE up, and discover Hussein is going to SCREW THEM OVER too, in due time. He is not honorable.

I agree with you (and them). I would rather see the guy stand up on principle and say he doesn’t want to see health care nationalized. That’s why I am somewhat reserved in my praise for him here. I appreciate that he will stand up and help us now, but he really doesn’t get it. That part is sad.

As for Obama being trustworthy, you’re right on target.

This is the guy that said his grandmother was the typical white cracker, or something close enough to exhibit equal depravity.
