They also have a building nearby, all kitted up with a simulated flight deck on the roof and island, too; the building interior features a hangar, and it also has elevators.
The building a facility for training the deck crews in the proper moving of aircrart, etc, in a controlled environment.

The Chinese are laying 2-3 additional aircraft carrier hulls, and the neo-Soviets (russians) are laying 3 hulls and plan for another 4, so they will have 8 carriers in 2016.
