UK - Labour cynically plotted to transform the entire make-up of Britain
Daily Mail (UK) ^ | 10/26/2009 | Melanie Phillips

So now the cat is well and truly out of the bag. For years, as the number of immigrants to Britain shot up apparently uncontrollably, the question was how exactly this had happened. Was it through a fit of absent-mindedness or gross incompetence? Or was it not inadvertent at all, but deliberate? The latter explanation seemed just too outrageous. After all, a deliberate policy of mass immigration would have amounted to nothing less than an attempt to change the very make-up of this country without telling the electorate.

There could not have been a more grave abuse of the entire democratic process. Now, however, we learn that this is exactly what did happen. The Labour government has been engaged upon a deliberate and secret policy of national cultural sabotage.

This astonishing revelation surfaced quite casually last weekend in a newspaper article by one Andrew Neather. He turns out to have been a speech writer for Tony Blair, Jack Straw and David Blunkett.

And it was he who wrote a landmark speech in September 2000 by the then immigration minister, Barbara Roche, that called for a loosening of immigration controls. But the true scope and purpose of this new policy was actively concealed.

In its 1997 election manifesto, Labour promised 'firm control over immigration' and in 2005 it promised a 'crackdown on abuse'. In 2001, its manifesto merely said that the immigration rules needed to reflect changes to the economy to meet skills shortages.

But all this concealed a monumental shift of policy. For Neather wrote that until 'at least February last year', when a new points-based system was introduced to limit foreign workers in response to increasing uproar, the purpose of the policy Roche ushered in was to open up the UK to mass immigration.

It was therefore a politically motivated attempt by ministers to transform the fundamental make-up and identity of this country. It was done to destroy the right of the British people to live in a society defined by a common history, religion, law, language and traditions.

It was done to destroy for ever what it means to be culturally British and to put another 'multicultural' identity in its place. And it was done without telling or asking the British people whether they wanted their country and their culture to be transformed in this way.

and we are seeing this happening here in the US with Healthcare, immigration, czars - you name it.

The big question... what do communist Britons get for flooding their country with Islamic third world types? Is it the Monarchy? Is it a need for self destruction? DO they hate Britain that much? Can they hate themselves that much? What makes a majority of them want to destroy their own culture? Faggy priests? Crazy Prince in waiting? Bad weather? Lousy food? They should have just called in the Rev. Jim Jones and have it over with...

...secret policy of national cultural sabotage.

I agree. It is very sad.

As a Roman Catholic, I conclude that the rejection of Papal primacy by Henry VIII degenerated the British culture from Christendom toward Protestantism, then social do-gooders, nihilism, existentialism and then now, a very sad cultural sabotage.

My hope: Turn to the Lord and He will be found. And those who find Him shall defeat the Turks again, just like Charles Martel at Narbonne in 739, Pope Pius V at Lepanto in 1571 and Vaclav Havel at Bratislava in 1989.

This is very much the same project of national TRANSFORMATION (i.e. DESTRUCTION) that our leftist elites have been so busily working on for the USA for the last several decades.

The SUICIDE OF THE WEST is the story of our age.

It’s not a majority at all.

Due to the system and the way electoral boundaries are drawn Blair’s Labour party only got 30% of the popular vote or so at the last general election in 2005.

In fact, going on memory, in England (as opposed to Scotland, Wales etc) they were the minority party in votes.

But they won more seats than their opponents so they got to form the government.

Regardless, they’re scum.

Corrupt politicians get paid bribes to allow these people in and then the politicians are off snorting cocaine.

"Henry VIII degenerated the British culture from Christendom toward Protestantism"

Great - you truly think British morals are worse than those of Catholic countries? It is not Protestantism - it's Socialism that's the Great Destroyer.

Part of the basic tenet of multiculturalism is a misguide belief adopted from natural biodiversity. It is believed that the diverse a place is (in terms of species) the more stable it is since various species produce different gas, etc. In nature, biodiversity (as a result of evolution) seems to be beneficial, so many scientists argue for the natural preservation. This idea, somehow, get into social sciences but the sequence is reversed.

In nature, maintaining the existing biodiversity is good, but in general an introduction of a new species is seen with suspect and needs to be done with care. In multiculturalism, the concept becomes "the more diverse the better, so we need to introduce different cultures to strenghten the existing ones."

I am of that generation that grew up on King Arthur and Robin Hood. Later, we read Dickens. Then we studied Shakespeare and the great classic English, Scottish and Welsh authors. In our home were dusty bookshelves with volumes like, How Green Was My Valley. With maturity, I read all the Churchill I could get my hands on.

I was never deceived by Jacqueline Kennedy, I knew where the real Camelot was. It was in the England I had imagined in my youth.

Although I still regard London as the most magical city on Earth, it is a wrench to have one's illusions dashed by reality. Alas, England today is an object lesson in what happens to a society when liberals get to play God. I fear it will not be long before the magic, too, is gone.

Uhh newsflash for you...the same thing is happening in some predominatly Catholic countries as well! The drive towards an atheistic “no heaven above no hell” below utilitarianism can’t be traced to a pattern of “going Protestant first” then “going rogue” societal pattern.

The Bible had a another term for it...”The great Falling Away”!

This sort of social engineering has been going on here in the US since 1965.

What are you talking about? The Catholic Church is one of the biggest promoters of multiculturalism in the USA. They are just as bad on this issue as the average liberal.

The racial (and political) transformation of Britain has been happening even before Thatcher. She did nothing about it just like Reagan (who gave amnesty to illegals in 1986).

100% Right. And guess what? It was liberals like Ted Kennedy who was behind it and republicans have nothing about it since. Republicans better get used to losing more because the growing non-white population is never going to vote for them.

Neither Thatcher or Reagan saw immigration as “transforming” the country. Our countries have always allowed immigration. Labour, and the Democrats here are using it to turn those countries socialist, and it’s working.

Britain and America have been transforming since the sixties whether Thatcher and Reagan thought so or not. Reagan gave amnesty to illegal aliens in 1986 for Pete’s sake.

It appears the BNP was entirely correct.

One wonders what the great masses of British proles are going to do once this sinks. Or how many votes Labor the next time an election is held?

Well let’s hang him in effigy then. He believed, wrongly so, that that would be it. No more amnesty, ever. Our problem is what to do now, not what should Reagan have done. He screwed up, hell we all know that, but he did more right than wrong.

Would you also argue that ALL protestantism was a negative for Britain, and not Christian in nature?

Would you argue that the prilgrim and puritain seperatists (who were the founders of the American colonines) were not acting with a Christian intent?

Would you condemn all protestants as un-Christian or just the official Church of England and it’s off-shoots..?

I’d like to know..
