A 13-year-old boy is set to become a father after his 14-year-old girlfriend became pregnant.
The two children, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, attend the same school.
But the girl, who is several months pregnant, is in the year above the boy, report the Daily Mail.
It is the latest in a history of under-age pregnancies in Poole, Dorset.
In 1997, Jenny Teague became the countrys youngest mother when she gave birth, aged 12, to daughter Sasha.
Two years later, sisters Charlene, 17, and Miranda Way, 15, from Poole gave birth within months of each other.
The local authority has obtained a court order to stop the children in the latest case being identified.
Sean Stewart became Britains youngest known father when, in 1998, at the age of just 12, his nextdoor neighbour Emma Webster, 15, gave birth to their baby in Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire.

Teen boys becoming young dads and teen girls becoming young moms!
When has the moral absolutes of British society ever sunk this low to the waterline? How much longer can the Brits tolerate this, or God tolerates this before he stamps his foot down?
Are these humans, or Rabbits?
>>The Government has tried to cut teenage pregnancies by handing out free contraceptives and expanding sex education.<<
Guess that worked /s/
Ummm...before excoriating Britain, I suggest you look at Roxbury, Cabrini Green, Harlem, SE DC, and even middle America for similar stories.
I am 27 now. When I was in 9th grade (96-97?), I went to school with a girl (that eventually dropped out) that at 15 had 2 kids and was already pregnant with a 3rd.
What’s with the bashing of British moral society?
Not much new here, unless it's celebrated in the upper classes.
“How much longer can the Brits tolerate this, or God tolerates this before he stamps his foot down?”
What do you think God is going to do to Great Britain?
In my eighth grade class, there was a girl with a two-year old son. In Ohio. I guess God is going to flood America...
I'm rather a bit older, and had a classmate (friend of friend) "disappear" when she became pregnant in the 8th grade. (This was before Roe v. Wade.)
She is a bit old for him though.
Well, if they’re Pakistani-Brits (most young people there, these days, it seems), then I’m completely sure the timid press there wouldn’t let out a peep.
And so we can surmise that they’re LILLY WHITE.
In which case......I’m happy.
Well, let’s at least give them credit for not rushing to the nearest abortionist.
Sasha was born to a young couple in 1997. I wonder how that turned out.
The fire next time.
Of course, they’re ethnic Brits.
And why would you be happy about teen parents? Way, way too young to become mom and dad.
No joke. I agree with you.
I am wondering why this is even a news item.
This is merely a tabloid headline to distract people from the real issues of the day.
With Russian nukes.
same here, 15 (7th grader) y.o. (1970) girl.
"hitched-up /w 21 y.o." had 5 kids by 1974...
I guess she were "still cranking" them out years later.
On Chris Rock’s show, he talked about a woman on his block being proud to be the youngest grandmother at 23.
Why? Physically, they are obviously capable. And when the kids are grown (the new babies, not the kids having kids) they will be in their mid 30's. Not a bad time to have the brats out from underfoot.

Loretta Lynn was married at 13 in 1948, she had 4 children by the time she was 17. She was married to the same man for nearly 50 years.
mary was 13 when she had jesus
god has no problem with this
Historically, getting married and becoming parents during your teens was not odd, and was very much normal for generations. It’s only modern society that has created a time period called adolescence where young people have the mind and body of an adult, but none off the associated responsibilities.
Of course, I did throw the idea of marriage in there - but then again out of wedlock births are nothing new either.
She probably had Jesus when she was 15, not 13.
No, out of wedlock births have always existed. I am doing family history and in the birth and baptism records in Norway there are plenty of babies born out of wedlock, including my own dad in 1897.
And you would be very wrong.
The poster isn’t an American. S/he’s an Aussie. Maybe they haven’t yet become so corrupted Down Under.
Ahh... Maybe.
LOL, She may have fainted after reading some of our experiences with this here.
This has almost assuredly has happened in Australia though.. It’s just may not be splashed all over the papers, as if it were a story, like they do it in the UK.
*But are these teens even mature enough to become young parents? Are they? I don’t think so. *
Nobody in Britain ever seems mature enough to have kids if the Royal Family or Russell Brand or those pukes that are out pub crawling until they are so drunk they urinate on Great War Memorials are any indication.
Please remember that some of these young girls (not the one in the article) are impregnated by abusing adults. I don’t hold the young girls responsible in those cases. And in the cases of the two kids making babies, I still feel that they lacked proper supervision because no one ever stays home to watch their teens, who need supervision nearly as much as toddlers.
It’s very simple. What you subsidize, increases. What you tax or punish, decreases. Western societies are encouraging illegitimate births to teen moms by making it easy on them and their families. You get paid to have babies! How cool is that?
In Poole in Dorset?.
Ethnics?.I hardly think so.
