I saw this ad watching the hockey game. The ad aired in the Washington DC market.
It is Obama giving speeches and an 1-888 number to call for suckers to get scammed. I found the web site of the company. http://jcrdebttv.com/index.php
I am a long time lurker, and I thought those here would know if this is legal?
Why not? “Obama wants mothers to go back to school” is a scam and those ads are everywhere.
Because there are no restrictions on reuse of political speech, so long as it isn’t altered.
For example, I could do a commercial for a divorce attorney and quote shelly O saying “my husband beats me all the time” without the “at tennis” part.
But knowing this administration that commercial would air once before everyone involved with it would never be heard from again.
It airs in Seattle during the day...I’ve seen it in the lunchroom.
From my personal experience, Debt Consolidation is reflected on your credit as though you had filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
Come on down to CRAAAAAAZY Barry’s.
Yeah who’s Baraq gonna call to fix his debt crisis.
China may not pick up the phone next time.....
Those commercials run all over the country.
Just what we need - more Obama on TV
