Cell Phone Use Linked to Brain Cancer
The Woodward Report ^ | October 23, 2009 | Brian Woodward

As reported by United Kingdom New Sources such as the London Telegraph and UK Daily Express, Extended use of cellular phones could lead to elevated risks of developing cancer according to a 10 year long study.

A report overseen by the World Health Organization which surveyed 12,800 people in 13 countries and will be published later this year, has allegedly found that heavy use of cellular phones can contribute to the development of brain cancer. According to the study, those who regularly used mobiles for longer than 10 years were almost 40 percent more likely to develop nervous system tumors called gliomas near to where they hold their phones.

Preliminary results of the investigation, which are trying to determine whether cell phone exposure is linked to three types of brain tumors and a tumor of the salivary gland, are to be published later this year in the International Journal of Cancer. This is the second study to suggest increased risks of specific types of brain tumors in regions close to where mobile phone emissions enter the head. However, a number of other studies have found no increased health risks associated with mobile phone use.

My risk is virtually nonexistent. I have the cheapest plan available, 25 minutes per month. And I never get close to the limit. Mmmm, I'm almost noncommunicable.

Planned Euthanasia - Obama Care will require these soon-to-be dead types to have food and water taken away. That way their carbon footprint can be eliminated more quickly.

All radio operators know you should not sustain prolonged exposure to 1G+ RF next to your head. It is going to cause problems. I don’t need WHO or anyone else to tell me that.

Does this just apply when the phone is actually in use? What about near where you carry the phone in your pocket when it is ON but not in use?

Please tell me more. Thanks.

(Personally I have always had concerns regarding prolonged cell phone use. Never seen why people shouldn't use wired ear pieces ....I don't trust the blue tooth devices either, and they remind me of alien ticks anyways. Furthermore, thinking back to how the tobacco industry obfuscated the cancer risks from smoking makes me automatically not take the 'its all safe' mantra concerning prolonged cellphone usage)
