Environmentalism: As polls show belief in global warming is dropping, a new study suggests that dogs and cats, like people, are a plague upon the earth. They say people should have edible pets. Here, kitty, kitty.
A new Pew Research Center study conducted Sept. 30-Oct. 4 says the number of Americans who think there's solid evidence the average temperature on earth has been getting warmer over the past few decades has plummeted from 71% in April 2008 to 57% today.
Over the same period, there's been a comparable decline in the proportion of Americans who say global temperatures are rising as a result of human activity, such as burning fossil fuels.
Just 36% say that today, down from 47% last year. Part of this decline is perhaps due to the increasing number of scientists who have come forward to say that while the earth has been warming, it has not been dangerously so, and that in the past decade it has actually cooled. The people don't need to be told that they can feel it themselves

This story reminds me that I haven’t had Chinese food for awhile. I was meaning to try PF Changs as they have talked about it on the South Park program.

Why should the dog die when his master is the one creating the carbon footprint?? Suicide would feed the dog too?

Actually what they are advising is to keep ‘pets’ such as chickens, rabbits and goats with an eye towards putting them on the table eventually. Not eating cats or dogs.

Heh, we already decided way before this that our mutt might be too old and tough but the Husky is young and very muscular and might fill the freezer for a month or so. And my son observed the other night that her coat would make a lovely human coat, lol.

Mark Levin mentioned this book last night. According to the author, a large pet's carbon foot, I mean, pawprint is the same as an SUV's. (or something along those lines)
Reeeeeeeeee-diculous! The enviro-whackos have jumped the shark!!

My hubby was just joking last night about which one of our cats he’d want to eat first if he had to!!! Definitely, Beaux...he’s definitely “meatier”. Probably tastes like chicken...not..no way...I’d rather starve!!!

Yeah but you forgot to mention the line Levin had right after that, which was “Hey, how ‘bout this.....let’s eat a couple of college professors? I mean, they’ve got to leave a carbon footprint of a couple of SUV’s or something!”
LOL

She tries really hard to be a good dog. Well, she’s a better cat, but when Baron, our big orange lump of cat, gets up from his place on the couch and smacks her back into reality, she realizes that she is only a cat wannabe.

The Whoopee Boys (1986)
Barney: [at another Party, Barney sees the same old lady, now holding a Shar-Pei in her arm] Hey, its my favorite dog lady again! How you doing? You have a new dog?
Woman with Dogs: Yes, this is a Shar-Pei; its a Chinese dog.
Barney: [Barney pulls on the dogs wrinkled skin] Damn, you need to iron this dog, lady. Look at this!
Woman with Dogs: No, stop, thats just how the dog is!
Barney: S*@t, you could fit two dogs in here! [he continues to pull on the dogs loose skin]
Woman with Dogs: [Slapping Barneys hand away] No! Please, stop abusing my dog, you horrible man!
Barney: You have any Vietnamese neighbors?
Woman with Dogs: No, I dont think so.
Barney: Well, if any ever move in, and you go on vacation, believe me, youre going to want to take Fluffy with you! You'll come back and your dog will be missing its hind leg, saying where were you?
Woman with Dogs: Oh! Thats horrible! You terrible, horrible man!
Barney: You go next door and talk to your neighbor, and he'll be standing there, picking his teeth, No! We no see Fluffy! What your dog look like? Your dog have big, juicy hind leg?
Woman with Dogs: Oh, you awful man! Please, go away!
Barney: Fine! I guess this means we cant be pals no more?

(The only way to open a LIEberal mind is with a brick!)
Let them eat their cats & dogs with ice-cream and watch peta pitch a adolescent fit. Then watch the demo's weasle their way back into their dark soul-filled hatred of the human race. This U.S.A. that I now live in is filled with saggy-titted old ass hippies, roman the rapist, and race-baiting news reporters who have done nothing but contibute to the demise of this country-a 3rd world cesspool. D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia, used to be the cradle of our nation but are now run by thieves and unusefull politicians and crime ridden welfare state sponsored retrobates. That includes the sisters who thinks it is fine to have a clild that the state pays for. The day will come when these misguided characters will find themselves without the dole, and have to redeem themselves, or sink. I hope they sink. I want my country back, and hope that when Obama flees to Kenya, the rest of the P.O.S's. In Washington leave with him; the whole lot of them are useless.

Close...probably somewhere in the breedline. The foreground, is Beaux (1 year), a flame point Birman. In the back, is Stella (6 yrs), a flame point Ragdoll. They sorta love each other...maybe “like sometimes” is a better way of putting it...kthxbai

Thanks. I love the Siamese appleface breed. But they’re all gorgeous. Love those blue eyes. Both Birmans and Ragdolls have Siamese in the bloodline, hence, the pretty blue eyes, too. They both have “mouths of the South” at times, but probably not as much as the Siamese.

I don't think cats are very good to eat.
Gad relatives in Norway that when ordered to kill rabbits by the Nazis they killed the cats, skinned them and gave them to the Nazis and kept the rabbits for themselves.

There is an old English saying - “Selling cat for rabbit”. There is a reason why the old laws required that rabbit carcasses be sold with paws and ears intact.

Apparently, 29% of people are still unaware that the earth has been COOLING over the last decade- not warming like the scam artists in the government would have us beleive- and this despite the fact that we’ve been producing more CO2 than ever- This whole ‘man-caused’ global climate change is a crock of crap- but get ready to pay through the nose for utilities, airfare, food costs etc etc etc
