I believe the Team Obozo political machine is falling apart as many have turned against this disaster. We here in VA are campaigning hard like we are 10-15% behind. We want to absolutely bury the Democrats and humiliate them.
Does this surprise anyone?
“The Bullies are the czars who have all the power and no accountability.”
Their day of reckoning is rapidly approaching.
Only that couldn't even fake the common decency to wait until November 4.
While that is a good point, using the phrase “common decency” does not compute with this crowd. Yes they are common, but have no decency :)
I remember seeing political autopsies before the campaigns ended in 06 and 08 but back then those were on Republicans. The times, they are a changing.
Virginia will see a three way Republican landslide on 11/3, McDonnell, Bolling and Cucinelli will all win in runaways. The Repubs will also pick up a significant number of House of Delegates seats. If Deeds was the only Dem (of the Dem party’s candidates for Governor, Lt. Governor and Attorney General) to lose 11 days from now then the WH could credibly spin that he was a terrible candidate and this is no reflection on Obama or the Dem party. But if there is a giant Repub sweep in a State that voted overwhelmingly for Obama and the Dems in 2008, 2006 and 2005 then the WH spin will be laughed at.
PLEASE keep it positive. The radio & TV ads I've seen have been primarily pro-McDonnell. Leave the slime tactics to Deeds ... They're ugley, and they aren't working. Keep reminding folks that Bob McD is a good candidate, and will make a good governor ... get folk out to vote FOR McD.
“If it's not close, they can't cheat’-Hugh Hewitt
We are and it is working. The McDonnell ads are attacking Deeds negativity and showing him devoid of solutions. The rats are also getting hit 6-7 ads to every one.
I think you’re missing my point.
I’ve seen and heard (radio during the AM & PM drive time) a lot of campaign commercials. Deeds has been throwing the slime at McD ... but I’ve never heard an actual Pro-Deeds commercial. I HAVE seen and heard a bunch of Pro-McD (as opposed to anti-Deeds) spots. They’re great. I like the women attorneys and the democrat-woman business owner.
Rush Limbaugh is giving a masterful analysis of this, ripping the White House a brand, new one. I am starting to feel sorry for Deeds, but not so sorry that I would vote for him.
No I am not we are keeping the message positive. There are no positive Deeds ads. The Chamber Of Commerce ads are hitting Deeds for his attack ads while praising McDonnell for having solutions. They are getting traction.
the internal polling must be awful. 20 points or worse for them.

Here’s McDonnell’s latest ad: some negative; mostly positive.

Agreed. Those two must be very effective.
So he needs to wash his hands of anyone he sees as losers, or potential losers; because that may tarnish the "Obama's a Winner" silverplating.
The Obama Team is now saying that Deeds' misdeed was "waiting until the last minute" to buddy up to Obama's agenda, as a way to blame Deeds for the possible (hopefully) loss in VA.
Unfortunately for the Obama Team and this spin of theirs, Obama headlined a Deeds fundraiser for big donors, and a later rally for peons and media way back in August (Aug.6th, precisely); so the Deeds team has been buddied-up with Obama for months now, and it's not helped him at all, apparently.
SPIN! SPIN! SPIN!
LOL!
