At least 30 anti-BNP protesters break into BBC Television Centre

Anti-British National Party (BNP) protesters breached security and broke into BBC Television Centre tonight ahead of Nick Griffin’s controversial appearance on Question Time. Around 30 people rushed through the main gates of the BBC’s broadcasting headquarters in West London. Ten were dragged out of the car park by police officers but at least 20 more made it inside the building where the leader of the BNP will take part in the political panel show tonight...

As several hundred protesters blocked the road outside Television Centre, delaying his arrival, Mr Griffin criticised the security operation. “It seems the police do not have this mob under control,” he said. “The protesters have got no right to try to interfere with the democratic process through use of force.”

Despite vociferous protests, the BNP chairman was eventually smuggled into the compound via a back entrance on Frithville Gardens. An initially peaceful demonstration soured at around 4.30pm when police officers responded to the trespassing by stiffening cordons. Backed by chants of “BBC shame on you” and “Nazi scum off the streets” the small gang of protesters, believed to be predominantly from Unite Against Fascism, broke away from the main group and ran on to BBC property.

Rachel Parish, 20, a philosophy student, was among the protesters to make it through the security barrier but she was stopped by officers. “The BBC should be ashamed. How can you give a platform to Nazis,” she said.

Between 25 and 30 protesters made it inside the building and got as far as the stage door in the reception to the studios before they were blocked by security. Around 600 protestors had gathered outside Television Centre to register their disgust at Mr Griffin’s appearance on Question Time....

The BNP is against, among other things, the Islamification of British society. And it seems to me like the protestors were the ones acting like Nazis.

The head of the Muslim Council of Britain, Muhammad Abdul Bari, said “allowing the BNP to air its toxic views will increase Islamophobia and give the BNP aura of respectability needed to spread their message of hate.”

The War is brewing. The UK and Europe will be the first battle.

Well, they let you talk, didn't they?

But, like the Japanese in the 1940’s, will we be able to combat their suicide bombers on our own soil?

I guess there is free speech and then there is free speech. How is one to have a rationale choice if certain speech is censored? Got to love the left, always trying to rig the outcome. I think their philosophy is power through guns and control of the ballot box count. Add prohibiting speech they find scary. I have to ask, do they really think ignoring and censoring the speech of others makes the opinion go away and get smaller or increases the likelihood of those opinions going toxic. The destruction of the home cultures of England, Netherlands, France, Germany and USA by those either seeking cheap labor for profit or one world government via immigrant votes will sooner or later cause a whiplash. If they think calling it Nazism will make it go away then I think they are delusional. People will take stock of their home country’s and ask why don’t I recognize my home anymore. If the left’s response to the question is you’re a Nazi, look for things to get a bit dicey. Obviously, none of these countries respect the opinion of the governed. I believe this is a pretty good description of tyranny.

Personally if I were British I would vote UKIP, I have heard the BNP leans socialist/social programs on a few issues, though they are correct on the Islamization of Britian, Race relations, immigration, and Europe.

If the voters send a message by voting BNP look for Labor to begin to heal.

Better the UKIP than anything else going. EDL is more an advocacy group than a political party. I don’t agree with all of BNP’s ideas either. But I will take the side, briefly, of any organization that stands against the Islamification of the UK, with UKIP does as well.
