FTA:
“The New York Times Co. said Thursday that it lost $36 million, or 25 cents a share in the third quarter, compared to a loss of $106 million, or 74 cents a share, in the same period a year ago.”
Doing better than last year, the recession must be over.
Hail the Son of OBama.
The only way they’re staying afloat is by cost-cutting (layoffs). Notice how revenues are still shrinking. They can cut only so much.
>> Times Co. Shows Loss but Beats Forecast <<
Huh? They were forecast to lose 2 cents per share, and lost “only” 25 cents per share?

One of the main reasons the government will do everything they can to rescue the SLIMES is that they are part of the US Government’s outlet to control what YOU THINK.
This biggest “mystery” in American history has been solved but somehow most Americans still believe that those people in MSM are telling the truth. The SLIMES was a big part of this BIG LIE, understand this and you are on your way to understanding America today. The BIG LIE is part of America and “they” have it down to fine art.

They represent the readers but that doesn’t seem to faze the paper at all. They should be embarrassed but the readers are such useful tools.

Variety’s Stiles: ‘Im Not Optimistic About This Habit Called Journalism’
While flying cross country a few weeks back, I bought a Sunday NY Times. I had not done so in years, and the difference was stunning.
The Times of old was decidedly liberal, but it had great depth and covered foreign affairs like no other outlet. A lot of hard news even seemed to be reported reasonably objectively.
Now? Pure liberal, and the depth was gone. Pitiful.
If they hired illegal aliens to write the paper they could save a bundle on payroll costs. Quick, someone suggest this to Pinch.
Now that is a remarkable improvement.
Cause for celebration, for the Mexican guy up to his pesos anyway.
"The only way theyre staying afloat is by cost-cutting (layoffs). Notice how revenues are still shrinking. They can cut only so much."
Before what?
Please-oh-please...the B-Word? LOL!!!

Yes, the New York Times is balancing their corporate books on the backs of the little guys with mass layoffs.
The NYT of old would mercilessly attack such a corporation!
Revenue fell over $100 mil? Good thing they cut so deeply. If they cut another 100 employees, they might be able to post a small profit one of these quarters.
25 cent a share?
OMGGG that bottom prices ROFL
