Never assume the public option is dead.
The headline is like a splash of cold water for people who think the public option might be dead and for those campaigning against government insurance. From the WaPo:
A new Washington Post-ABC News poll shows that support for a government-run health-care plan to compete with private insurers has rebounded from its summertime lows and wins clear majority support from the public.

There is a poll next to the article. The “no’s” are winning.
1. In their sample Dems and leaners outnumber Republicans and leaners 53-39%
2. The poll questions are obviously written to produce leftist results.
Most Americans don’t have a clue what a “Public Option” is.
Approx. 20% 0f pollers were republicans ,,,,, the other 80% are related to the Austrialian Ostrich commonly known as democRATs .
