Did Next CIC Falsify Selective Service Registration? Never Actually Register?(11/13/2008)

Did President-elect Barack Hussein Obama commit a federal crime in September of this year? Or did he never actually register and, instead, did friends of his in the Chicago federal records center, which maintains the official copy of his alleged Selective Service registration commit the crime for him? It’s either one or the other, as indicated by the release of Barack Obama’s official Selective Service registration for the draft. A friend of mine, who is a retired federal agent, spent almost a year trying to obtain this document through a Freedom of Information Act request, and, after much stonewalling, finally received it and released it to me. But the release of Obama’s draft registration and an accompanying document, posted below, raises more questions than it answers. And it shows many signs of fraud, not to mention putting the lie to Obama’s claim that he registered for the draft in June 1979, before it was required by law.

How could Obama have registered in 1979 when Carter didn't restart registration again until 1980? There would have been nobody for him to register with.

I find it absurd that a person can be elected to the office of POTUS but would not be able to pass a standard security clearance investigation. My brother-in-law was stationed at MacDill AFB here in Tampa, a major assigned to CENTCOM. He tried to talk me into applying for a job on base. When I saw the background investigation I would have to undergo, and pass, I decided to stay with my job as a full time freelance photographer.

It's obvious times have changed, and not for the better. Our Founding Fathers never envisioned having to require a candidate prove his or her eligibility. Time was, no one would have dared try the slight of hand that Obama has pulled on us.

I was aghast at how much Slick Willy was able to get away with, The One puts Clinton in the shade.

U.S. Native Born has no RIGHT to be named a Natural-born Citizen

Obama pundits argue that all “native born” citizens have the right to be President and that we shouldn’t discriminate based on parental heritage as that would deprive civil rights.

The problem with their analysis is that there is no “right” to be president. The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals agrees.

And that’s what I’ve been saying all along. POTUS eligibility being limited to natural born citizens is not a an issue of civil rights, it’s an issue of national security.

The Obama eligibility pundits demand that all citizens born on US soil – despite whether they be born of alien parentage – have a Constitutional right to be President in that it would be a deprivation of their civil rights if natural born citizen status is not granted to them.

This is the mantra of those who support that Obama is a natural born citizen even though Obama admits he was a British citizen at birth via his father who was never a US citizen.

But the status of “natural born citizen” is not a right owed to native born US citizens. In fact, it’s not a right owed to any US citizen because nbc status is simply not in any way, shape or form a “right” at all.

QUESTION: If natural born citizen status is not a right then what is it?

ANSWER: It’s a description of a certain path to citizenship.

There are various paths to citizenship:

- naturalized citizen

- 14th Amendment native born citizen

- statutory citizen

- natural born citizen

Getting and maintaining a security clearance is still akin to a prostate exam (except the security clearance probing lasts for months). There is no way he could pass a background investigation, because he has no verifiable background - no jobs, no school records, no passports, etc. His character references and associations would disqualify him anyway (Ayers, et. al.)

But even if a job did not require a background investigation, he can’t prove, to my satisfaction that he is eligable to work in the U.S. As an employer, I would need to sign as a witness to the veracity of the documents he presented under penalty of perjury.

I was in high school when Selective Service was restored. I do recall talk about a resistance movement, and that certain elite colleges were willing to step forward with scholarships to make up for whatever a resisting student might be losing in Federal aid. There was a lot of support being voiced by the usual suspects. If he put a peace sign in his signature I can fully believe that Barry would be hooked-up with that crowd.

I said my brother-in-law by mistake, it's my son-in-law. Oops. My daughter has a bit of a problem with spending a lot of time at the Seminole Casino here in town and she was warned to back off some or it could seriously affect hubby's security clearance. He is retired now and working for a contractor. He spends about half his time “over there”, won't/can't say exactly where, but they were quite concerned about a family member spending so much time at a casino.

Unless you're really near someone who has to walk the walk of being an integral part of our nation's security, civilian or military, you have no idea how serious it is and what it takes from not only them, but their family. BTW, I don't mean you as “Never on my watch” but rather you as in the Papal “You”!

The vast majority of Americans go about their day-to-day lives oblivious as to what it takes to give them that luxury of going about their day-to-day lives. I don't mean that to be critical of them at all, just that we take SO much for granted. I have a grandson who was in the Marines in Iraq, and my niece's husband has been to Iraq twice with his outfit from Ft. Bragg.

Words can simply never convey the disdain I have for Obama as CIC.

It's unthinkable that you as an employer have more restrictions on you and your hiring than the POTUS who can simply hire czar after czar, bypassing the checks and balances provided by the Senate's ability to advise and consent or any vetting of any kind.

Depressing as it all is, I am convinced it is playing an important role in future of our great country. Americans simply need these stark reminders from time to time that it takes a lot more than hope and change to keep America chugging along!

-illegal aliens ARE REQUIRED to register for Selective Service under the law! (Sheriff Joe please take note....)

-men who were female at birth and subsequently changed sex are not required to register

-the law says that violation must be “knowing and willful” which is a level of proof set so high that they apparently could not obtain convictions (a fact which itself was driving down registration rates, causing the Feds to cease prosecuting these cases in 1986)

I have not yet found any answer to whether it automatically disqualifies you from becoming POTUS (though it certainly should)
