No tolerance for zero tolerance (and other laws I’d like to see)

Tolerance is the mother who softens the harshness of father’s strict adherence to the rules. Since nobody’s perfect, lawmakers and judges should guard against legal surprises never anticipated by lawmakers. This isn’t rewriting the decrees but interpretation in the highest sense of the word so the law can accomplish its original intent. As Scripture says, “Who can say, ‘I have purified my heart, I am free of sin?’ There is no man on earth so righteous that he never sins!” (Proverbs 20:9) So in this article, here are 13 suggestions for lawmakers and judges to bring about a more just country.

Dave is my kind of guy. The list could go on and on and on.

A couple of my own additions, to wit: Bills before the congress can be no longer than one page, and must be written by the congressperson submitting the bill, no staffer bills. In addition no bill will be submitted for consideration that has not been read by every single congressperson.

Anyone guilty of hiding behind the Constitution of the United State of America, and its amendments, while proposing changes to our system of government that would belittle, depose, reduce, get rid of, spit on, $**t can, or in any way denigrate the founding fathers or the documents they produced, will be incarcerated for life without possibility of parole. Yes it is that important! If it isn’t called TREASON it should be.

Oath of Office, infractions, (see above) hiding behind the Constitution of the United States of America.

There is much much more but I bow to loftier minds than mine.

One I’d like to see: any legislator proposing legislation that does not pass immediately loses his seat.
