I dont have the details yet on Chris death. I was told it was an IED. Chris is my oldest son, 28 years old and a father for his little boy Ryan and husband to Caroline, his wife. I have attached a picture of Chris and Ryan, who turned one year old last month while his daddy was in Afghanistan. The picture was taken on the day of his departure. This was Chris 4th tour in harms way-once to Kosovo, twice to Iraq and now Afghanistan.

I pray for justice to be served for these brave men.
I am very sorry for your loss! Will pray for your whole family and for his little one especially.
God bless you and your wonderful family.
I pray this tragedy doesn’t happen to anymore of our heros while our “president” sits on his hands and refuses to send help.
America is proud of your son.
I salute you, and pray for God's grace and peace on and in your family.
Prayers for Mike, his brave son, and the rest of his son’s family.

....IS THIS A LETTER YOU RECEIVED FROM THE FAMILY?
We owe our very existence as a nation to heroes such as your son. Heartfelt condolences and thanks.
Prayers up and out for Chris. Indeed a hero!
God bless you all

..folks I believe MR DUPRAY is a blooger from the PATRIOT ROOM.....what he posted was a letter he received from the
Rudzinski Family ...CHRIS our hero is not our poster’s son....it’s in the letter he received...
I’m confused
I’m so sorry. Prayers for your family.
God bless.
Prayers up for this patriot’s family.
Please accept my Condolences and please extend them to the rest of the Family.
This Grateful American can only Thank you and your family for YOUR SACRIFICE, but it never seems quite enough.
May God rest his soul and console you with supernatural grace.

R.I.P. Chris. America’s finest.

God Bless our troops
My wife and I offer our condolences to your son and family. He sacrificed for us all. Rest in Peace.
Doogle, you are correct.
The letter came to the poster on SondraK. I did not know the Marine, but I thought I could get the word out. The more people see and know about these patriots, the better to be sure they are appreciated and not forgotten, especially since Obama has fiddled around with Gen. McChrystal's report for a month and our guys need the friggin' reinforcements.
Bill, many of us here can shoulder your burden, having lost sons, cousins, and Dads to the many numerous conflicts of our age. Your son fought for something he believed in. That, in itself is far more than many far less motivated Americans will ever even think to do with their lives.
We thank you for raising him to be a volunteer in the war for freedom. We send our condolences to you and his young family.

The fallen brave are being received by very good company above.
I grieve for you. When my son’s teacher lost her 27 yr old husband in Afghanistan July, 2008, I told her as long as I have breath in my body his death will not have been in vain because I will never allow the sacrifice to be forgotten.
I make the same vow to you.

Yikes, this is my fault, I was not clear, he was not my son. Below is my earlier comment attempting to clear it up. You all are very kind, as usual, but I am just a lowly blogger reporting this.

My joy is that am not grieving for you...My sorrow is that I am grieving for another family.
Bill, what are the best charities that support our heroes? I’ve supported the Wounded Warriors Project in the past, and would also like to know of others that are doing good work.
Also, is there a fund to help out the Rudzinski family?
I am deeply sorry for your loss and the loss of all who love this hero.
I did some research on the issue of military charities and found that Fisher House is one of the best-run, low overhead groups out there. If you look around, I think you will find that is the case.
May God Bless your son Bill and may he bring peace to your family during this terrible time.
Yesterday I attended the funeral for another soldier killed in Afghanistan as part of my job, I didn’t even know him but it broke me up. As a parent I can only imagine what you parents are going through.
Your boy died so that my kids might grow up in freedom. On behalf of all Americans thank you for raising two upstanding young men.
I am sorry for your [and our]loss.
I am so sorry for your loss. God Bless you and all your family.
Prayers out SGT Chris Rudzinski and his loved ones.
My heart and prayers go out to you all. God bless you.
No words are adequate....
God bless and keep all our military.

I AM SO SORRY!

May the grace and comfort of the Lord carry the Rudzinski family in their time of mourning.
I pray his baby son will one day know what an incredible father he was blessed with.
And my thanks to this valiant warrior for his sacrifice is without words or grasp.
"Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends."~John 15:13
