Obviously this storm would have come much earlier and been much more severe without the influence of global warming.

I’m right in the middle of that 6 inches, with many tree limbs down around my house. Glad that globull warming is holding back the ice age.

IIRC, this year was predicted to be an above average year for hurricanes -- due to Global Warming.

So far, we've had two hurricanes.

We got 4 1/2 inches over night and it is still snowing. This was also our first hint of snow flurries and wasn’t expecting anything to stick to the ground. Everyone has said they can’t ever remember any accumulation so early in the year. And to think in just a few short years we will all be dead from global warming.

Time for deer hunting in Bradford?

IIRC, the traditional opening day of firearm buck season is the Monday after Thanksgiving.
(I don't hunt, but we used to get the day off because they figured too many people weren't going to show up for school or work anyway.)

But there are earlier dates for archers and/or muzzleloaders. You gotta check the regulations, it can get pretty complicated.

I am jealous! Snow rocks. Besides, it’s in the 50s and drizzly here. It’s rained for several days.

Oh, the Washington Crowd is Frightful
But Their Frowns are Just Delightful!
As the Climate Change Skeptics Grow
Let it Snow!
Let it Snow!
Let it Snow!

See the Polar Bears Reproducin’
While the Hockey Stick Graphs they’re Juicin’
Cause the Truth you Ain’t S’posed to Know
Let it Snow!
Let it Snow!
Let it Snow!

Just as Long as We Say Get Lost
On a Cold Tuesday Night in November
Then I Don’t Really Mind the Frost
On the Window of Al Gore’s Front Door

Oh the Cap and Tax Crowd is Crying
As Their Dreams are Slowly Dying
With their Furnaces Turned Down Low,
Let it Snow!
Let it Snow!
Let it Snow!

Send in AlGore with a Snow Shovel and after he clears all the sidewalks and driveways, let hims lecture on his ideas of global warming.

The only thing AlGore cares about is how much money and power he can accumulate. His power isn’t increasing, but he is raking in money . . . from his businesses and silent partnerships. Follow the money.

Once he's done with global warming then he will say that there is a global ice age coming and he will just have to set up some dummy corporations and silent partnerships so that he will get some sort of contribution from all the companies that are causing the new ice age. Just as long as he gets his fair share of whatever the disaster of the day may be.

The snow finally stopped here late Saturday. The power came back on after 36 hours of failure. I heard some parts of State College still didn’t have power this morning.

Where’s global warming when you need it??? I believe I got more than 6” at my place, and still have a couple on the ground after an evening of rain and a day of melt...
