When Will a National Voter Fraud Investigation of ACORN Begin?
American Thinker ^ | October 16, 2009 | Monte Kuligowski

Almost daily, news stories covering the current voter fraud investigation in Afghanistan are reported across the oceans. The barrage of stories ought to cause Americans to pause and remember the little unresolved issue in the United States. Whatever happened with the investigation into ACORN and the 2008 election? The organization did register a mere 1,315,037 voters by October for the 2008 presidential election.

And, we must not forget about the Minnesota fiasco in which Minnesotans ended up with Senator Al Franken even though Norm Coleman led by 725 votes -- the morning after the election!

The voter fraud investigation in Afghanistan raises the obvious question: Why hasn’t a national investigation of ACORN ever materialized in the United States?

Maybe a national investigation is what Hannah Giles and James O’Keefe wanted to trigger from their undercover work. Doing the work for mainstream journalists, they re-alerted the country to a dormant issue: The widespread corruption of ACORN.

Everyone knew of the unparalleled voter registration fraud allegations (with accompanying proof of dead people having been registered, etc.) in multiple states during the campaign. One man alone registered nearly 2,000 voters, none of whom actually existed. Everyone knew that charges were brought against ACORN members as related to the 2008 election. Everyone knew that ACORN members had been convicted of voter registration fraud.

It is nothing short of amazing that a massive story with earthshaking implications could just fade away and disappear from the radar screen of the “mainstream” news media.

Where have all the journalists gone?

Scattered indictments across the country may have the effect of punishing individuals, but what about the fairness of the election itself?

Has some statute of limitations run on the investigation of ACORN? No, the only thing limiting investigation is a lack of motivation on the part of the Democrat-controlled Congress and Attorney General’s office.

If Afghans have a right to be assured of fair and honest election results, don’t we?

1) We don’t have “national” elections, so why should we have a national investigation of interference in the elections held in individual states.

2) We really don’t want an Acorn investigation run by the current DOJ. Can you say “White Wash”?

"When Will a National Voter Fraud Investigation of ACORN Begin?"

When the democrats become the tiny minority party, and the Republicans find some political 'testicles'.

In other words: probably never.
The former is possible. The latter, very unlikely.

No I believe an investigation of ACRON is on the Congress agenda. It’s scheduled for one week after hell freezes over.

Since Bush “stole” the election from Gore, what has been done to increase elections integrity?

Not only nothing, but Dems/Libs have beaten back every effort for even common sense stuff like showing id.

Future USA elections will come to resemble Chavez regime run elections ever more closely.

When Will a National Voter Fraud Investigation of ACORN Begin?

When we can stockpile enough crack to outpay their employers into turning states evidence.

It's good enough for them. Why can't we use it too?

The big unspoken story about ACORN is the number and placment of fraud votes cast in the 20008 election. Al Franken was elected by Fraud Votes. Blue state vote loading caused the majority of the 10 million vote gap for Obama over McCain.

The democrat secretaries of state hold the key to election success in 2010 and no one can stop them from doing the bidding of ACORN. Too Bad.

What a coincidence, getting funded again -probably retroactive- just before the gubernatorial elections in many states. Any election that isn't won by at least 10% will be a loss.

Was it Lenin that said something to the effect that it mattered little who voted or who did not, it was who counted the votes that was all that really mattered.

Now that I think about it, it sounds more like Stalin.

When the democrats become the tiny minority party, and the Republicans find some political 'testicles'.

Bush had such a great opportunity to go after voter fraud, too. There were so many Dems calling for investigations, etc, after he won the election. He should have embraced the call for investigations. ACORN would have been out of business 8 years ago.

Bah. Another opportunity wasted by Bush.

Pre-Acorn it was conventional Republican wisdom that the actual popular vote cast in a presidential election had to be + a million for the count to break even. I suspect that is closer to 4 or 5 million now.

“Elections are done for in what was the USA.”

Yep, we all need to give up and let rats take over the country. Don’t vote. Don’t contribute. Don’t work on conservative campaigns. Go home and watch soap operas. We’re DOOOOMED! The rats have all elections in their pockets. Look what happerned so far -

“Republicans won a pair of special elections on Tuesday in Tennessee and Oklahoma, picking up seats held by Democrats for decades. Combined with this month’s capture of the Albuquerque mayor’s office by a Republican for the first time in 28 years, Democrats have reason to be nervous about the approaching November 3 off-year elections. Given their lackluster performance in these races, they could face serious turnout problems that will boost GOP performance.”

Take your doom and gloom pity party and peddle it elsewhere.

When chickens have lips. Obama’s A.C.O.R.N. is very much alive, well, active and, after October 31st, funded by yours and my taxes.
