Off with her head!
I see the Brits are graduating to Muslim justice apace. Did they cut her head off?
ROTFL
Theodore Roosevelt fan?
Nah, I think one of the higher-ups married her.
She needs to plan a balloon escape, pronto!
Plus it looks like a crappy car - I might beat it if somebody handed me a stick.

Fawlty Towers Fan?
No, don’t forget “clunkers for cash.”
The U.K. needs better stick control. Ban sticks now!
Everybody involved in this case, minus the kid, should get a beating.
Ducks off. Sorry.
Lol, I agree.

What was he driving? A 2006 Pinata.
Im Brittany Bitch

Picture is worth . . .
Thanks Jim!
Book her, Danno!
Well what else are they supposed to do about her anti-social behavior? They certainly can’t spank her, because spanking is a barbaric old-fashioned practice that has no place in a civilized society. < /s>
I’m with Titus-Maximus: “Everybody involved in this case, minus the kid, should get a beating.”
She’s too young for spanking anyway. Where the he!! was the adult who was supposed to watching over her, while she was out playing with cars? There’s no room for vandalism charges here, unless it’s for an adult caretaker who stood by passively watching the tot while she whacked away at the car, but sounds like some child neglect charges are in order.
Yes, but then again you have common sense. lol
Pinata car! LoL!
He’s got to be the world’s biggest wuss.
A couple of months from now I’ll be posting a headline, “Two-Year-Old Gets Life Without Parole.”
Can a two-year old be deliberately, willfully mean and destructive? Oh yes, you bet’cha!
Can a two year old understand the value of the things he/she might damage? Not likely.
LOL—”you bet’cha” LOL, that’s good.
My hubby would love this little one. Every time we get a new vehicle he can’t wait until it gets a scratch or ding so he no longer has to worry about it getting a scratch or ding...lol.
Punishment: several rounds of cheek pinching followed by a bowl of strained peas. :) *memories*
A spokesman for the force said the family had already been engaged in a dispute with their neighbours, who owned the car, so police visited the little girl at her home in Chippenham, Wiltshire, to prevent these long-running tensions boiling over.
Which means the neighbour used the child as a pawn in his ongoing disputes with the parents of the child. What a despicable loser.
Absolutely!
She needs a spanking. I volunteer.
Neither can I, but I think he needs to get the crap stomped out of him just for general principles.
“The vehicles owner called the police claiming the child had deliberately damaged his car.”
“I really cannot say what I think of this guy.”
Probably one of those panty-waist liberal fruitbars who can’t so much as wipe his behind without government permission/assistance.
My sister didn't know whether to laugh, yell, or cry.
LOL Oh no...what a bummer! Well, you can replace a car. You can’t replace a daughter.
Keep in mind that the guy may have called in and said, “My neighbor is letting her 2 year old hit my car with a stick, could you send a bobby around to talk to her?”
No good, they'll just use a bananer.
Of course the child hit the car on purpose, what else would a two year old with a stick do with it except whack something? To charge vandalism is absolutely insane. Why didn’t cops laugh this guy out of the office and tell him to file a civil suit for damages to his car against the parents who should have been watching this little tyke.
Sinead O’Britney looks a bit hefty there.
The neighbors should give the girl a parade, like Libya did for the Lockerbie bomber.
Then they can get cited for having a parade without a permit.
I’m not sure i agree with many of the comments on this thread. The article states the neighbors have been feuding for a while, and it could well be that the parent of one family thought it might be funny (out of spite) to have his kid go over to the neighbor’s car and mark it up a bit. So what do you do if that happens to you? What do you do if a neighbor who doesn’t like you sends his kid over to mess up your vehicle?
To clarify, i’m not saying of course that the kid should be charged with anything. I don’t think that was the point. It was to hold the parents responsible for the actions of their child, which they very well may have encouraged. At the very least the parents should be made to pay for the damage done, i would think.
Like calex59 said in his/her post, you need to take the parents to court. I agree, it’s hard to tell just what was really going on there.
I believe that the complainant should be thrashed soundly with a bumbershoot.
I agree. And the case is made firmer with a police report in hand.
Whether or not the child’s parents encouraged it, it happened, and any damage must be repaired. Even between well-meaning friends, go over a couple hundred dollars - then try to collect. Imagine trying to obtain recompense from an enemy!
