The video came from Washington today so I’m assuming she spoke to a high school in that city. It used to be college but now their sickness is creeping throughout the whole system. Home schooling appears to be the only answer but it seems they’re intruding in that area as well. There’s no escape - we must stand and fight.

Its from smoking. I would bet a nickel that she is a smoker. When I smoke a cigar, I find that about an hour later my lips are dry as the desert. Another reason to stop doing that disgusting thing.
