Orly has some solid evidence growing behind her after some very tough footwork by a lot of dedicated people. She still doesn’t have the smoking gun, zero’s long form BC, but she has accumulated enough other evidence (what an attorney might call circumstantial) that it creates enough smoke to suggest a pretty good fire.
If she was able to make Joy nervous, more power to her. As a screeching, kool-aid drinking, in-the-tank-for-Obama leftist, if Joy is nervous, Orly made her case.
(I didn’t watch the video; just offering opinion) BTW, I didn’t get on Orly’s bandwagon until I looked at some of her evidence online. She’s accumulated some pretty convincing material, IMO.

Like Obama, Judge Carter is anxious to publish the truth and put this issue to rest.
I’m looking forward to seeing Obama’s complete birth record, passport data and college transcripts so we can all relax and get to work on a bipartisan effort to solve problems and make the world a better place.

Why is it nuts to actually to SEE the birth certificate of the President of the United States? To me, the fact that Obama is fighting it so adamently makes me suspicious. When I got my Concealed Carry license, I had to show a birth certificate. Is the President of our country any less responsible? It would be so easy to make this go away. To make these people really look nut, just by producing a birth certificate. But, Obama keeps sending his lawyers out to fight it. Isn’t THAT nuts? Either he’s spending someone else’s money to fight it, in which case we need to know who and why? Or he’s spending his own money (highly doubtful) to fight it, in which case THAT’S nuts.
To: vikk
Nothing is “definite” except “death & taxes” but Judge Carter has set the trial date.

Two different cases that Orly brought to court.
One in Georgia with Judge Clay Land. He fined her $20,000.
One in California with Judge Carter. He has not issued a ruling on a motion to dismiss yet.
To: nikos1121

A Judge in Georgia sanctioned her for Rule 11 violations, which is different from contempt of court.
This is regarding a different case in California before a different Judge. I think this case is currently waiting for a ruling on a motion to dismiss, so it's a little premature to be talking dates for a jury trial just yet.

If you got pulled over for speeding and when the cop asks to see your driver’s license shouldn’t you just be allowed to say; “Hey, the state said I was eligible when I first got it, that should be good enough for you, too.”? Give it a try and let us know how that works.

The Judge in Georgia threatened to fine Orly $10,000 and then upped the fine to $20,000 to launder the payola through his favorite his favorite charity. The Judge ordered the Asst. US Attorney to write a brief to sign off on the scam to give the Judge plausible deniability, i.e. "Hey, the Asst. US Attorney said it was okay."
