Seeing how they can manage it small scale and after a made up or real situation, it will serve as a model for how it will be handled nationally.

I believe you are right. How about Chicago dis-annex Chicagowanda and allow them their self determination. I could see Jesse Jackson as the perfect mayor of Chicagowanda. Think of the harmony - no whites, no jews, no Republicans, the place would be utopia on earth. Think of the justice, peace and prosperity they would enjoy.
The demand is for money. Lots of money. Some of it will be funneled through Jesse’s Rainbow group and he’ll get some new $1500 pinstripe suits. That’s how it works.
2) Lock them up and make the streets safe.
3) Build more jails to hold them.
4) Scream racism because of the racial makeup of the people you arrested, sue the city, sue the state, sue the Fed, sue the Man.

I'm going to somewhat disagree with you. The current spate of school violence is black on black so it is not racial in nature. The perps are gang members and gangs generally are replacements for the familial unit that has broken down in part due to liberal policies. Gangs serve as an outlet for unemployed youths and regularly result in violence.
The solution? Create jobs by removing the tax burden on small businesses and remove incentives for single parent families.

Where have you been, Jesse? The violence has been going on for generations. Why haven’t you checked on the kids? Their dropout rates, gang affiliations, rate of employment, teenage pregnancies, drug incidents, housing problems, and other things that a “social justice” watcher like you should be doing. What have you been doing to earn your large “salary”?
And Jesse Jr? What has he and the other Illinois leaders been doing while killing after killing takes place?
Maybe the communities need to organize and police themselves, instead of calling for a foreign occupation.
