I just sent an email to John G. Matsuka, President of the Initiative & Referendum Institute at the University of Southern California asking him if anyone has started a petition to overturn Arnold's signing into law AB962 controlling ammo sales in California. See SF Gate article here!
kind of academic because you cant buy ammo here anyway since its ALL BACKORDERED.
cant imagine what it will do to supply now that you have until july to purchase.
Just order online. There are few shortages, you can get as much as you want and they deliver it in a few days.
Mike, in Texas.
You can’t reason with or debate such legislation. It was never intended to fight crime. It was just another incremental law infringing on our rights and it does a fine job of that.
no way. they are really backordered as well, more than a month out for delivery, if then.
Nonsense. Who are you ordering from?
I just got a 25 box order for .556, Federal M193s Mil Spec and boxed for 7.97 per 20 which I thought was a good price on line with $13 shipping and no sales tax.
Cannot find .380s though.
Vince
midway. arent they the largest?
Try Natchezss.com or Cheaperthandirt.com. Both have been reliable for me.
Crystal clear violation of the Second Amendment; what more need be said?
It hasn’t taken effect yet so order all the ammo you can while you can. Once it is ineffect go out of state and buy a truckload of ammo from NV, OR, or wherever.
Don’t wait too long to get ammo. Once it takes effect there will be a flood of people rushing to NV that will make the Obama run on ammo seem mild by comparison.
So, how does this impact crime? Is each bullet marked with an identifying code that can be traced back to the dealer/purchaser?
I have to say that I just don’t understand the purpose, other than to make it more difficult to buy it. I try to think like “them” to see if it makes any sense. I cannot find where this will help at all.
Yeah, I know you ordered M193, but the misplaced decimal point sure got my attention.
How about a court challenge to the Prop 8 violation recognizing out-of-state homosexual pseudo-marriages?
