Arnold is living proof that we as a nation are NOT careful enough about who we let immigrate to this country.
I hear what you’re saying, but the status really hasn’t much to do with it. All you have to do is be tempted with some power and authority and no matter how long you’ve been a citizen through how many generations, you might find yourself doing just what Arnold is doing. It’s a urban moral decay thing more than an immigration issue, IMHO.
