I think the real reason that 0bama got the prize was to try and put some subtle pressure on him not to escalate the war in Afghanistan.

Wha...?! Sheesh, he hasn’t even been in office a year. And I heard on the radio he was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize after being in office only 11 days.
The Nobel Peace Prize has come to have no meaning at this point. It’s all about politics.

My theory is the Mr. Soros purchased it for Mr. Obama. It was a little consolation prize to help soothe the man child’s bruised ego after his disappointing visit to Copenhagan.

The Nobel Prizes are not awarded by referendum. A group of old men in Norway sift through a bunch of names and decide, for their own purposes, who gets THEIR prize. I didnt know Kanye had so many brothers and sisters. Im gonna let you finish, but the Nobel Peace Prize should really go to

“Apparently, he just missed out on the Nobel Prize in Economics for solving the financial crises as well as the Nobel Prize in Medicine for his health care plan!”
Classic sarcasm, love it.

Only this man can change the world.
Khairul Hossain, Savar, Dhaka
I read probably 40 comments with about 90% being sarcastic and negative. But one of the few positives is like this above - innocent but silly. A little history will teach Khairu from Dhaka that God the Father can change the world with one earthquake.
