(grin!) Could be, you’re quite right about the huge Turkish population in Germany, but I’m guessing not in this case. There are a large number of Turks here in New Zealand (our relationship with Turkey is very close and it goes back to WW-I and Gallipoli) and this joker doesn’t look Turkish. I’d guess perhaps Pakistani or maybe Sri Lankan.
Skin color and tone, and his facial features are what my guess is based on — course, there’s no way of knowing for sure from a picture.
A waterboard would reveal all...

That picture is supposed to intimidate Americans? We have dealt with motivated bad guys with blades before. And those guys were professionals, with real weapons. The British MSM, like our own, has gone soft, I'm afraid.
