Ayers admits writing Dreams
The American Thinker ^ | October 07, 2009 | James Simpson

Posted on 10/07/2009 2:20:31 AM PDT by Scanian

Last Friday we posted an article on these pages asserting Bill Ayers' authorship of President Barack Obama's 'Dreams From My Father,' based on claims made by Obama biographer Christopher Andersen. It is possible that we have now gotten direct confirmation of this from Bill Ayers himself.

Anne Leary of Back Yard Conservative was passing through Washington, DC's Reagan National Airport yesterday, and was surprised to come across Bill Ayers at Starbucks: "scruffy, thinning beard, dippy earring, and the wire rims, heading to order."

I knew last week that Ayers wrote Hussein’s book. Now that he admits it, I’m not so sure.

Ayers is emotional, self-centered slimebucket. Maybe he's disillusioned with how his contribution to Obama's election now gets him the cold shoulder from the White House. Maybe Bill's seething that Obama hasn't launched the revolution that Bill always envisioned.

Don't underestimate the destructive impulses of an angry egotist. In this case, let's cheer it on.

Interesting is him saying Michelle wanted it written.

Hmm, miffed at not getting royalties is leaning a bit toward capitalism.

That my my thought, exactly. Ayers isn’t happy with BHO for whatever reason. Maybe he hasn’t had quite the influence he expected in the administration. Maybe he feels BHO is ignoring him. Who knows.

Seems odd that “just some guy who happens to live in my neighborhood” would get to write the story of his fathers dreams.

What a cool article. To quote Gertrude Stein: interesting if true.

Hitler or Stalin would have had Ayres killed. So would Saddam or Khadaffy. That's what it takes to set up a dictatorship for real.

Obammy hasn't done it yet, and it's probably too late for him to do so.

The theories posted about why Ayres would have said this are plausible. If they are true, it spells bad mojo for Obammy and his lovely wife.

I am very skeptical.

These people know how to bait the conservatives....we have seen Obama do this on other stories.

If I was Anne, I would have used my camera phone to video Bill Ayers saying this. Why didn’t she do that?!

Sorry, something stinks in Denmark.

It certainly does. I'm sending this story around to everyone I know and asking them to do the same. This needs to go viral so zero can be exposed for the liar and weather underground supporter he is.

I agree. I had the impression Ayers was merely messing around with the nice conservative.

It’s possible that he was playing with Leary, the blogger.

I believe the Andersen book mentions that Mo the Wookie wanted Zippy to ask Ayers for help with “Dreams.” Ayers might have been referencing that as a mind (bleep).

He might have been doing that by telling the exact truth, knowing he could later deny it or simply call it a joke.

Hussein and Ayers are both liars which means it is mighty hard to prove Leary’s story one way or the other.

I’d like to state publicly that having heard Obozo speak I find him to stutter, hesitate, and you can almost see him searching for the next meaningless thought. I have never been able to square the ‘state-run media’s’ constant refrain that he is the greatest orator of all time. I think he stinks! He can’t put two thoughts together without a teleprompter, and the lackluster stupidity of his Copenhagen presentation, his rambling, his sonorous monotone, should have been proof positive that this asshole can’t give a speech!

I can’t believe these people pooh-poohing this. It’s a trap! Are you guys nuts? There’s literary proof that Ayers wrote Obama’s autobiography and it was out there long before Ayer’s admission. Just google Jack Cashill for pete’s sake.

Look, I hope it is true, but if you are worth anything and you have Bill Ayers sitting there telling you this, get it on video so it is indisputable!

This is still a second-hand story that nobody will care about because the proof is totally lacking!

Get Bill Ayers on video saying this and you will get the attention of everyone!

We all knew ACORN was crooked, but it took VIDEO proof to make it an issue.

This is as valuable as some guy saying he talked to a man who was in the hospital in Kenya and watched Obama's birth there.

Get proof, then you have a story.

I've heard of this, but I hadn't read the conversation. Here it is and it's stunning and has the ring of truth about it:

"That's what I do, education," he said. "You shouldn't believe everything you hear about me... You know nothing about me."

To which she responded, "I said, I know plenty--I'm from Chicago, a conservative blogger, and I'll post this."

I bet his heart skipped a beat on that one.

But he didn't scowl, and didn't run off as he has been known to do. Instead, unprompted, he blurted out: "I wrote ‘Dreams From My Father... Michelle asked me to." Then he added "And if you can prove it we can split the royalties."

Anne responded, "Stop pulling my leg!"

But he repeated insistently, "I wrote it, the wording was similar [to Ayers' other writing.]"

Anne responded, "I believe you probably heavily edited it."

Ayers stated firmly, "I wrote it."

Anne ended the conversation by saying "why would I believe you? You're a liar."

Neither Ayers nor Obama can be trusted.

Ayers has now claimed authorship to two separate individuals within one week. He has had the opportunity to dispute their reporting and he hasn't.

He knows what he's doing and clearly he's not on Obama's side.

Now the question is, will anyone have the guts to bring this up to Obama?

Obama has slipped out of the leash Ayers has been holding.

It's a macabre version of My Fair Lady, methinks.

Not to spread rumors and conspiracy monger, but isn’t there renewed talk of investigating Ayers and his wife, Bernardine Dohrn, for murder?

http://www.americanthinker.com/2009/03/guilty_as_hell_free_as_a_bird_1.html

Ayers might be trying to send a message to 0, namely, “help us out here, get this dropped, or I’ll start talking.”

It’s just something that occurred to me. Then again, like the bumpersticker says, “don’t believe everything you think.”

The Revolution has been launched, and Americans have been imprisoned by new laws, marxist leaders, and legislation that steals our money and gives it to others, like ACORN.
NOw MASSACHUSETTS has this bill, that will prevent “peaceful assembly of redressing grievances”...by using H1N1 AS THE EXCUSE...read info here:

http://www.canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/14424

AND when passed, it will open a door (precedent) for White House and Pelosi to pass it for country....this is a clear Consitutional violation, and just “who” is going to address it?? Where are the politicians with KAHUNAS?? All emasculated or afraid to act.

They gave ACORN money from WH Administration to ACORN for firefighters who never got it, AFTER the Senate passed a NO FUNDING of ACORN vote,...this is ludicrous. It should have been paid directly to Firefighter organizations.
There should be court hearings, prison time and demand for refunds from ACORN...and all we hear is whining and complaining....like a bunch of wimpy noodles.

Anyone claiming credit for anothers work would have been charged a “fraud”, as Obama signed the book as his own work....plagarism by consent is still a fraud.
