I disagree. All of the black race-baiters and exploiters share a part in this travesty.
They continue to promote the belief that blacks are powerless to improve their lot and will remain victims as long as a single white man or woman lives.
Racists like the pResident preach hatred and victimology and make a very nice living, doing so.
All you need to do is review his “social justice” work as a lecturer at U of Chicago Law School to see that’s about all he’s ever been good for.
