The Hester quoted by TMZ made the stunning admission as a Letterman show source dished that he kept a secret bedroom above his set in the Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway. "He doesn't have to come out," a staffer said. "He has a suite upstairs."
An ex-"Late Show" staffer said Letterman kept a room insiders dubbed "the bunker" that was open only to his favorite young female underlings.
Letterman, 62, admitted on the air Thursday that he had had several affairs, apparently while dating longtime love Regina Lasko, who he married in March. The two have a son, Harry, 5.
A longtime assistant said he had the ability to cast a spell on the ladies.
"I don't think women ever get over Dave," Laurie Diamond told London's Daily Telegraph
The IMDB database shows that a Holly Hester is a veteran TV producer who has worked on a string of hit shows, including "Ellen," "Drew Carey," and "Grace Under Fire." It was unclear if she is the same Hester, but public records also show a Holly Hester is married to an experienced TV graphics guy who once worked for Letterman.
An ex-"Late Show" intern unmasked herself Saturday as one of David Letterman's former flings - and sources revealed the randy funnyman keeps a bachelor pad atop the Ed Sullivan Theater.
Outside what is believed to be Hester's country home in Sebastopol, Calif. - in ritzy Sonoma County - a middle-aged man lashed out at a Daily News reporter last night. "Get the f--- out of here. We're being offered a lot of money for this s---," he said.
He then hopped in a gray SUV and floored it up a half-mile long driveway leading to the home. Hester did not emerge.

Uncle Dave
Yech. I need a shower just from reading this. What a disgusting little man he is.
This just has to be heartbreaking to David’s family.
Attempting to get a laugh from it only makes a fool of his wife and child.
I pray for his wretched soul.
Isn’t that sort of against the law to have sex with an someone who works for you. Wonder if there was a quid pro quo? Just wondering? Or do Clinton rules apply here?
Depraved Lewderman.
Hey, it’s just about sex ...
CBS is struggling.
Clear case of sexual harassment vs. money making icon.
Decisions. Decisions.
Well, they all said, “yes.” Ole Dave ain’t the only one to partake in the sleeze.
Yes, I’m afraid Bill Clinton has set the national tone on these things. And the way NOW just looked the other way for him, well, that just said that if you’re a Democrat, the rules don’t apply to you. You can treat women as sex objects and it’s OK.
Calling his wife his “longtime love” implies that he has a heart and soul. Major creep alert - I’m guessing he was the nerd in HS who could never get a date, and since becoming rich and famous has secretly been taking it out on women ever since. Not marrying until he’s 60-ish, and only then because of his illegit son?
Happy and well-adjusted much, Dave?
I was right about one thing..... Ms Stephanie? Burkitt got leaked first and Dave was able to get away with the blackmail attempt by ridiculing it on his show. He got his knucklehead audience laughing all the way
I knew there would be more and this secret in-house pad makes him look a lot more sleazy. They used to call this a love nest LOL
I’m kind of amazed at the young ladies who would throw themselves at this old dude who for me at least always came across as sexless on the tube. In real life he is such a card! Hilarious say his young love interests. Or is it love or cheap thrills for Dave and the girls?
The more disgusting behavior by Letterman that comes to light, the more pressure we need to put on CBS to suspend and investigate him. The man is giving us silver bullets. Let’s not waste them.
Was Letterman married at the time he had relationships with female co-workers?
Ewww...now I need to go put out my minds eye!
Did they have a choice? CBS and Dave will have a hard time with that one. Let the trials commence.
These women could take CBS for all it is worth.
Why not?
I suspect Dave is cutting BIG ASS CHECKS.
ping
Someone on another thread claimed his viewership was up 30% with all this publicity. Anyone know if that's true?
Who paid for the secret bachelor pad? Would it have been CBS? Ooops...tons of civil liability there for hostile work environment suits. The “talent’s” sexual needs being met must have been a corporate concern.
EEEWWW! That picture is creepy-he looks like a child molester.
"It's all about power" is what the lib feminazis have been chanting for years
A male superior making it with a female subordinate is de facto sexual harassment
The feminazis would say the woman is always forced into this by the male superiors because she wants to keep her job and get promotions etc etc
They have been silent about old Dave but they hounded Robert Packwood out of office and shamed others
Go ahead Dave, make some more jokes about Sarah Palin and her family.
Oh, one other thing... they say that self-deprecating humor is one of the hallmarks of a malignant narcissist.
You are correct. The trials will begin soon, and the feeding frenzy shortly after.
What a first rate creep.
Ah. Loving to be on top—of lots of folks, apparently.
In the vein of the Friday thread: #6 is in Letterman’s secret bedroom.
worth a second look
Looks like the network aided and abetted Dave's actions when they built this sleaze room for Dave.
So, did Sarah use her mother’s intuition about Dave, or did she know something?
What did Sarah know and when did she know it?/sarc

“This just has to be heartbreaking to David’s family.”
Screw David’s family. I don’t remember any of ‘David’s family’ ever stepping up and voicing displeasure when that untalented vermin was ripping everyone else he felt like ripping. So screw David’s family, all of them. They enjoyed all the financial benefits, never had a problem with the many people that Letterman impacted negatively, and now you want me to feel sorry for them. Get real. I’m having a great time mocking all of them.
I don’t think CBS is on the line for anything. Lewderman (great name btw) runs everything through his production company. That means Lewderman isn’t a CBS employee. He’s self-employed in a sense.
I've posted this Letterman bit several times here...I always thought he was homosexual, because around 1980 when he was recognizable, but mostly locally, his weekly racketball appointment was the same as my foursome's.
In the showers, we all dubbed him as "The Looker" - because all he did was 'oogle' other males' equipment...his eyes never got above navel level.
This is Dave's work situation
He owns "Worldwide Pants" production company which owns and produces Letterman and the next comedy hour
He is probably a part owner.
That company pays CBS for Dave's hour and the one afterwards for the next comedy show .
In other words they rent two hours airtime each week nite from CBS
As far as the advertisers, my guess is World Wide Pants takes care of all this but CBS has some say and gets some its own clients advertisements inserted
Worldwide Pants pays Dave about $34 million per year
Jon & Kate plus 8 had a viewership surge also while the train wreck was happening, but they dropped like flies after the wreck....this also wil happen to Gap Tooth Pervert!
You is baaaaddddd....
Don’t take candy from him!
ooooooohhhh...you are RIGHT!! CBS is an ENABLER!!
I dont think CBS is on the line for anything. Lewderman (great name btw) runs everything through his production company. That means Lewderman isnt a CBS employee. Hes self-employed in a sense.......
My post #40 runs this down as I know it
Letterman is employed by his production company which rents airtime from CBS
See my number 39 -— THAT is exactly how he appeared in the locker room.
No
But that's the thing, and here I think the feminists have a point: If this man is your boss and he has hire/fire/raise power over you, and you are aware that other women have gotten raises by sleeping with him, then sleeping with the boss is not really a consensual "choice," but rather, it has become an unspoken part of the job description. There is an element of coercion there that's absolutely wrong, and it deserves to be actionable.
