GASTONIA, N.C. -- Two state representatives announced plans today to fight a recent ruling to allow illegal immigrants into state community colleges.
"What part of illegal don't you understand?" said Rep. Wil Neumann as he spoke in front of the Gaston County Courthouse Tuesday morning.
He said he has received a number of calls and e-mails about the state community college system's decision to allow illegal immigrants the chance to enroll in any of the 58 state community colleges as long as the student graduated from a high school in the United States. The students would have to pay out-of-state tuition.

NC: per the master ping list
In the past, North Carolina has issued drivers licenses to illegals as well. That presented a major problem to neighboring states as we dealt with the aftermath. I understand they quit that when Tennessee began doing the same thing later on.
