Twenty-five members of the Federal Emergency Management Agency are now on their way from the Bay Area to American Samoa.
They are bringing no equipment, just their expertise in coordinating disaster rescue and recovery.

My fear is they will send the Samoans to Houston.
You mean they didn’t have people, food, supplies, and equipment in place before the disaster?
FAIL! Oh, Bush isn’t still president? Never mind.
And why the hell aren’t they going to Georgia or anywhere else in the South that was hit by deluge rain storms with people dying and massive property destruction????
