When I was in college, suitors were to stay in the living room and the rule was “feet on the floor”!
It gave the young women and men someone to “blame” for not moving the relaionship forward and supported setting boundaries.

Jimmy, all I remember is “Margaritaville”. I’ll have to hit up youtube for that song.
If you like his music, the best CD is ‘Songs You Know By Heart’, imo. All the good ones to sing along to. My favorite of his has always been A Pirate Looks At 40.
I never had any of his tunes growing up. Good thing for youtube. ;) I discovered there were a lot of the original “tv” recordings or at concerts of artists in the 70’s and 80’s. (before the MTV, or at least what MTV used to be before all the reality shows on there)
