It's up to Obama to decide on Afghanistan [why is Zero calling McInsane?] [RINO love story] [barf]

"This is not easy and I would expect that the public would ask some very tough questions," Obama said last Friday. "That's exactly what I'm doing, is asking some very tough questions."

Obama telephoned Senator John McCain, his Republican opponent from last year's election campaign, on Saturday to get his advice on Afghanistan. McCain supports sending more troops.

"I think he has a very difficult decision," McCain told ABC's "This Week" on Sunday. "The base of his party, Americans are weary, understandably they're weary. And it's a very difficult decision for him. But I believe he'll make the right decision."

Obama telephoned Senator John McCain, his Republican opponent from last year's election campaign, on Saturday to get his advice on Afghanistan.

Of course, Hussein only telephones RINOs.

With apologies to Taylor Swift...

We were all Senators when we first saw you
We closed our eyes
And the flashback starts
We're standing there
On the stage in September air

See the lights
Got the hope, got the change
We saw you make your way through the crowd
And say hello, little did we know

That you were our Savior, you are our CIC
And our Party said to stay away from you
Lindsay was crying on the staircase
Begging you please don't go, and we said

Barack take us to Kenya where we can be alone
We'll be waiting, all there's left to do is throw 2010
I'll be your teleprompter and Lindsay'll be your princess
It's a love story baby just say yes

Obama save us, conservatives are telling us how to vote
Our love is difficult, but it's real
Don't be afraid, we'll make it out of Gitmo
It's a love story baby just say yes
Oh Oh

We got tired of waiting
Wondering if you were ever gonna call
Our faith in you was fading
When we met you on the outskirts of DC, and we cried

Obama save us, we've been feeling so alone
Us RINOs keep waiting for you but you never come
Is this in our heads? We don't know what to think

But then he said, join me Juan and Lindsay
You'll never have to be alone
The media loves you and that's all I really know
I love you and that's all I really know
I'll deal with Palin, now come and join us Democrats
It's a love story baby just say yes

Oh Oh, Oh Oh
'Cause we were all Senators when we first saw you...

What happened to all those generals who signed petitions in support of Obama? Looks like they regretted selling out and faded away. The proof is in the pudding that behind all the rhetoric these two clowns really do collaborate on policy. It really wouldn’t have mattered who won. All that matters is that millions of Americans are $10s, $100s, or $1,000s of dollars poorer after emotionally donating money to election campaigns believing the rhetoric. Stupid proles.

Mad Juan would be a much more competent occupant of the White House, especially vis a vis the war problems we are facing. There’s something about Democrats and wars. They know how to blunder into one but not how to win it well.

Is my memory on the fritz or didn't I hear 0bowdown snarkily deride Pres. Bush for not heeding his military commander's advice? Didn't he then haughtily say he would follow the advice of the commander's in the field?

He has had Gen. McChrystal's report for over a month now and even NATO has chimed in saying they stand by those recommendations.

Tick tick tick, 0manboy. Men are dying while you search for the 'present' button.

Why decide now. Plenty of time. Wait until I get back from the real important business of getting Chicago the Olympics.

I dont mind rushing to get Americans Health care they dont want, but I refuse to rush into sending in more troops to my war.

This clown hasnt got a clue . he may be a perfectly competent Communist leader for turning America into a Socialist country, but he hasnt a clue as to what to do with the military.

I told others around me during the 2008 election that McCain was trying to throw this election.

The two worse candidates to ever run for POTUS.

McCain would have been a better president than “that one.” I didn’t say he would be a good president. Just better than the current one.Again, it’s not hard to step up from crap

LLS, I've been guilty of making the same kind of statement. I'm convinced it doesn't it doesn't buy us much.

McCain may not hate this nation. I'll leave that for others to clarify. What I can say is that his actions help those who do, and that's bad enough for me.

When the left said we were guilty of torturing terrorist prisoners, there was McCain making supportive comments of that premise.

When Obama wanted to close Gitmo, there was McCain saying it was the right thing to do.

When Obama wanted to shut down production of the F-22, there was McCain praising him for doing so.

On issue after issue after issue, John McCain has played the enabler to those who absolutely hate this nation. So what does it gain us to say, "Yeah, but McCain doesn't hate this nation." You see, love or hate this nation, if you do things that further the cause of those who hate this nation, and John McCain constantly does, isn't he just as bad as someone who hates our nation and wants to do it great harm?

When you have a devout leftist on your side, they short circuit the ability for your organization to clearly define itself, or to provide a clear objection to bad policy.

How many times have we seen it said that reasoned people on both sides of the isle believe in certain ideology? Of course when it's John McCain agreeing with leftist policy, that silences the whole Conservative movement. It no longer has a public voice. So love the nation or not, every time John plays into the hands of the left, he is depriving this nation of the clear reasoned voice of Conservatism. And if Conservatism is not going to be heard, what policies will be implemented? Ones that will protect our nation and make it stronger, or ones that will hobble our nation, make it weak, and cause it to be vulnerable to destruction?

John McCain winds up being an enemy of the nation, all the while claiming to love it. He passes himself off as a defender of our nation, but it's HIS dam foot that he puts out in front of it to trip it at every opportunity.

I've come to the conclusion that it doesn't matter if John loves this nation. He is doing it extreme harm none the less. And he is NOT protecting it from Obama. So the damage he does is every bit as bad as that of Obama.

I literally detest John McCain. The single biggest harm you can cause a movement, is to gain appointment as it's head, then do nothing, or in John's case, far worse than nothing.

John is quoted endlessly as the head of the R.P. because he was nominated to be it's Presidential nominee last year. And we'll carry that burden for four years, as he continues to short circuit anything we can do to counter Obama.

I am sick to death of the glowing praise McCain heaps on him, and the praise of his policies that prevents more sound voices from being considered as anything but the voice a radical element.

John McCain is one of the worst people this nation has ever had in it's leadership ranks.

That was a nice response LLS. We’re all trying to make heads or tails of what is going on right now, and I apprecaite your openness.
