I am aware of funerals for persons whose life never extended beyond Mother's womb, but to suggest it will be essential to treat the remains in a manner parallel to those of persons whose lives extended beyond that is new to me. In some cases this may not be at all practical.

To the question of person-hood and when does it begin, it seems to me the right thing is to give the benefit of the doubt to the possibility of person-hood at conception.

How about working harder to understand what it is that makes a person a person?
