It began last year in earnest. But, like a virus far worse than H1N1, it is beginning to spread like wildfire amongst the public school indoctrinators formerly known as "teachers." The Obama power grab — supported by his adoring adherents — has just about reached the most monumental proportion of all time. And Dictator-in-Chief Obama may have finally reached the apex of his desires; that of replacing God with himself. Recently, at New Jersey's B. Bernice Youngs Elementary School, not only were second grade students forced to sing a song of praise to Obama (the parents were not notified that this was occurring) but, Obama's name was substituted for that of Jesus in the accompanying words and music. After repeated calls by a few of the press, the superintendent of the school system — Christopher Manno — is reported to have issued a statement saying that this specific exercise had not been authorized. Sounds to me as if he's not really concerned.
Questions: Could this be the reason that the atheists have fought so hard to get rid of Christianity? Is this secular messiah their planned replacement? Even more important a question to Christians and Messianic Jews is 'does this portend biblical end times prophecy'? Kind of sounds so — doesn't it?

Well, they acknowlege that "prayer is important." And since it's illegal to pray to God, they probably have no other "higher power" to pray to.

A number of parents of those students were very upset. Some even said it was compared to the Hitler Youth.
Funny thing that you can’t say the Pledge of Allegiance in school for fear someone will be offended by the phrase “one nation, under God” but its okay for all this crap? If that’s true then they won’t mind if we teach them the 10 Commandments.
Review Ordered of Video Showing Students Singing Praises of Obama (Jesus name replaced with Obama’s)
The commissioner of New Jersey's Department of Education ordered a review on Friday following the posting of a
YouTube video depicting school children singing the praises of President Obama.
One song that the children were taught quotes directly from the spiritual “Jesus Loves the Little Children,”
though Jesus’ name is replaced with Obama’s.

I could not find the “Lesson Plan” Secty Duncan sent out but came across it, embedded in letter by the Superendent of John Tyler HS. The high school is where the teacher was stabbed to death earlier this week. Scroll down the letter to get the links to the lesson plan, don’t know how long the letter will be available.

Using the government schools for propaganda isn't a new idea. One of the main impulses driving the creation of government schools was virulent anti-Catholicism.
Unfortunately, citizens of the mid 1800s and early 1900s failed to realize that any government powerful enough to force Protestantism on immigrant Catholics is powerful enough to force Obama worship on today's children.
By the way....Communist Goals from 1963:
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
Obama and his minions are Marxists. Why should we be surprised that they are using the schools to promote his adoration? He already commandeered the National Endowment of the Arts and the fringe media for that purpose.
Also....We should remember that government schools from their very beginning in the mid 1800s to the early 1900s have been an object lesson in socialism. For 13 years children learn that the government can take money from their neighbor to buy a service that their parents want for free. Even worse, their teachers indoctrinate them into believing this it is **right** for the government to threaten their neighbors with police force to get this money.
Geeze! It only took 1 to 3 generations for our nation to vote for the IRS, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and the New Deal. It's been downhill ever since.
Obama worship is just a few more degrees down on the “downhill slide” into communism.
I thought the superintendent reported after this story first broke that he had no problem with this happening. Is he changing his tune?

The problem lies within the ultra-politicized teacher unions. We need to curb their political activity in the schools through all means necessary—legislation, regulation, lawsuits—whatever.
The Left attacks America on all fronts. It needs a strong dose of its own medicine.
A song praising President Washington, whose positive contribution to America is complete, is appropriate.
Songs praising President Obama, who could act in ways detrimental to America (as if he has not already acted in ways detrimental to America), is inappropriate.
To say nothing of the fact that Washington had been dead for a century at that point.
That is a long way from praise is it not?
There was a guy on the radio yesterday that said his child’s teacher took down the American flag and put up a picture of obama and was having students pledge allegiance to him. The parents took their child out of school after finding out.

I see nothing wrong with school children singing songs praising praiseworthy Presidents of the past. But school children singing praise to a sitting President who hates America (and who is actively seeking to take away our God-given liberties) is insidiously evil. Only Satan, his demons, and the mortals he has deceived can take delight in hearing innocent school children singing praise to President Obama.
Wait till the riots once he (hopefully) gets voted out of office in 2012. Count on it.
