Peter is an old friend of mine. I saw him Sunday and he said the signs were going up this week. I think a car dealer (don’t know if it’s the guy who has the location in the photo) paid for the signs unless something changed.

Peter Boyles (the talk show host who started this) could argue the simpleton president into a hole so fast he wouldn’t even realize what’s happenining.

This is the other billboard Mr. Boyles caused to be put up a couple or three years ago when amnesty was being touted by Pres. Bush/ Mccain, etc. and Denver was found to be a "sanctuary city"

Sarah would have given obama some real trouble if they would have debated last year. But if she is the Republican nominee in 2012, I'll almost feel sorry for obama. It should be great fun to watch. Sarah Palin is getting better and better and obama is...well, he's still obama.

Neither Peter Boyles nor the radio station put up money for this. Peter was banging the drum, and a car dealer, who owns two 2-sided billboards footed the bill. (Total of 4 billboard faces, with east-bound and west-bound visibility.) The billboards are actually elevated, so you can see them from I70 quite clearly.

This car dealer doesn’t need a cash-for-clunkers program. I will buy my next car from him just because.

Boyles finally figured out that he had his head up his dirt chute regarding illegals. In the past he has held a fund raiser for an illegal - Oscar Hernandez and advocated for in state college tuition for an illegal - Jesus Apodaca. It wasn't until DPD officer Donnie Young was murdered by an illegal; Raúl Gómez-García who worked at one of Chickenlooper's former restaurants, that he finally got a clue. Too bad he wasn't screaming about Denver being a sanctuary city when Webb was mayor.

Hopefully someday soon he'll take a course in economics and get his head squared away on that subject as well.
