I haven't felt the need to be kindly toward big oil since their despicable price gouging on 9/11/01.

Ahh... The good ol' "price gouging" whine again.

Did those mean Big Oil fat cats put a gun to your head and make you pay those awful high prices? No?

Was there any legitimate reason for prices to go up? ...such as, oh I don't know, maybe a WAR or something?

Please tell us how YOU think gasoline prices should be determined, since the current system isn't to your liking.

Of course the fact that Flying J admitted their mistake and refunded my money doesn’t factor in this at all.

Then you have your terms confused. "Price Gouging" isn't related to mistakes.

ANY Taxes on energy are OBSCENE...
Taxes on energy raise the prices on literally everything else.. ALWAYS...

Energy companys NEED to make money.. a lot of money..
Just to be able to do what they do..

Better being upset about taxes on energy as starters would be openers..
THEN maybe a little griping about profits.. not much but a little..
SLAP.... SLAP....... wake up... knothead...

OK, so let me get this straight: You can't forgive Big Oil for "price gouging", which was because of a mistake?

Is that what you're saying?
